Faded pullover hoodie

I ordered my sister a grey Green Bay pull over hoodie. I was embarrassed to hand it to her because the picture on the website shows a grey hoodie with green font and I received a grey pullover hoodie with what looks to be faded black font. Its so faded and not even the right color. Not to mention it smelled gross. She questioned the authenticity of the hoodie which made it worse. I had to show her I actually bought it from the NFL store. I paid $70 bucks for something that looks like it's been worn for 5 years all while eating Chinese food off the sweater itself. Very disappointed. I unfortunately have another order pending delivery and I'm so scared I'll encounter this issue again. They're gifts, and it's quite embarrassing that the company's products aren't being made with quality as they're promoted

Ordered kids larges for Christmas and they were huge. Had my wife try the items on and they fit her (She wears a womens medium). Asked if I could exchange and they said I could return and reorder. The problem is that everything is now full price. Told customer service rep they had quite the scam going and she hung up on me. I will not be reordering and will return the whole order to these scammers. Also was promised a certain delivery date and as the date approached the date of delivery kept changing. It was delivered in time for Christmas, but over a week from promised date.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom. I had a 40% coupon. The shoes were too small so I had to reorder one size up. I waited on the phone for 45 min only to get hung up on when placed on hold while she got me a 30% coupon code. There is no exchange policy. So I had to just do a return and then repurchase. What is infuriating is that customer service would not honor my original sales price and only offered me 20% and no free shipping during the 2nd phone call. I won't be shopping here any longer.

Delivery is a Crock!

Ordered my boyfriends hoodie as a Christmas gift from my kiddos on 12/10. Was told in the email that it would be shipped by 12/16. That date came around and no shipping info. To this day I STILL never received a shipping notice from their website! Finally on 12/23 (obviously not coming by Christmas!) I checked the order number and saw it shipped. Estimated 12/26 (Today). Now the tracking says 1/04! Seriously? It takes almost an entire month to process and ship one item? Even when stating I would have it by Christmas when ordering? And god forbid you try to call to actually speak to a human being! Can't get through there automated service to speak to a rep! Thanks NFL Shop! I'll stick to EBay or Amazon from now on. At least I'd get it quicker then this! Who knows if it will even be here next week like it states.

I placed an order on 12/15 for a Seattle Seahawks pullover hoodie for my guy. Received an email stating the order would be received on 12/18/2019. I should have known better because the hoodie was a customized order, however, I took the company at its word. I called customer service to find out where the package was on 12/26, was on hold for 44 minutes. The Customer Service Rep informed me that the package never had a label on it and would have to marked as lost. The order was placed again, was informed would not receive until 1/7/2020 because it would have to shipped from manufacturer because it is an customized order. The order was not delivered before Christmas, will receive a refund; will take up 2-7 business days. I WILL NOT order from NFL Shop ever again, definitely would not have used them had I read the reviews.

NFL shop sucks

Bought my dad a $100 sweatshirt for Christmas. Website says it was delivered, which it wasn't. When I explained this the agent on the phone who argued with me telling me that it was delivered and it's my fault for not tracking it. Thing is I was tracking it, and it was not delivered when it said it was. Ruined Christmas for me. Really disappointed.

Never again

I ordered an NFL hat for a Christmas present for my fiancé. I was promised to receive the order by December 24th. I have been tracking this order and now will not receive till well after Christmas. I used their promo code that promised a discount + the delivery date of 12/24. Thanks for nothing NFL Shop. This is one customer that will not shop at your site. All I got from Customer Service was "I don't know"

I ordered a pullover hoodie and some infant booties on 12/16 for gifts and got 2 day shipping. Got an email the next day saying that my items were shipped and got a tracking number and it said that my items would be delivered on 12/19. I check the tracking number on 12/19 and it says that the package was never received by the shipper. So i called the company and the customer rep tells me that the pullover hoodie is out of stock so the items were never shipped. Why in the hell wasn't i notified about the item not being in stock and why would you guys send me an email saying that my items were shipped when they weren't? That is BS! I'm requesting a refund and i better get my money back!

The worst
December 22, 2019

Ordered 2 items on Dec. 6th and they were shipped using Lasership delivery service which has the WORST ratings I've ever seen. The site finally stated they were delivered yesterday, 12/18 at my front door at 8:54 am. I have cameras outside my door and no shipment was made. Canno get an answer from deivery company and no one at your shop has time to "CHAT ". Will be calling BBB on both companies and my payment will be stopped through my credit card agency. Will never order from this site again and I'm sure my team would like to know how poorly it's merchandise is represented.

Worst company ever!

I order a Christmas gift from this website, paid for expedited delivery and the low grade delivery company they use failed to deliver, stated they did but I was home and stated 2 attempts prior that they needed more info to deliver which was a lie. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for my refund and pay more money and rush to find another gift. Calling customer service was a joke, they told me to contact their delivery vendor and track my package. They were rude and could care less about the hardship they caused!

Package not delivered.

Order package, post office failed to deliver and sent it back to nfl. Nfl tells me I will be getting a refund. I got it on a deal no longer available so I would have to pay more money to get another and they are out of stock. Nfl is refusing to send the package out again and tells me I will have to purchase a more expensive item.

Adding insult to injury... I sent the email below to the customer service email address listed above and received an email back stating "YOUR EMAIL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED!
Email messages to this mailbox do not reach a person, but rest assured, we are here to help!"

To NFL customer service,
Kayla asked what I returned and it was the Flight Crop long sleeve shirt. I returned the shirt about 3 weeks ago and 10.00 was subtracted from my refund. Per Kayla (see below) she is refunding my 10.00. Please let me know when this refund has been posted to my credit card.

Then I tried to online chat and they said "Sorry we can't help you". If you call the number... you are on perpetual hold! I laugh at Chastity S being committed to customer service! It is shocking that this company stays in business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY 10.00!

Terrible Quality / Terrible return policy

I bought a long sleeve T shirt because I loved the design. The price was 41.00 so I expected the quality to be exceptional. Wrong, Wrong and wrong again. The shirt had no hem in the bottom. It was literally cut off with scissors. The cut was crooked and they cut it off to short! Because there is no hem, the bottom of the shirt rolls up. I went to their return policy and realized I have to pay 10.00 to send back a shirt that was not made properly to begin with. What a scam! Do Not Buy from them. I will never buy from them again!

I ordered my boyfriend a cowboys alternate jersey in early November for Christmas and when it arrived I received a panthers youth size small jersey. The first person I talked to told me that they would immediately ship out the correct jersey and email me a return label for me to ship back the incorrect item. That was over 3 weeks ago. We are now 11 days from Christmas, I still don't have my jersey. I have spoken to about 5 or 6 different fan service members and they all do the exact same thing, which is create a new ticket number and issue number and tell me that someone will be contacting me shortly to handle the matter and no one ever does. To top it off, no matter how much I URGE to speak to a manager/supervisor there never seems to one available. I will NEVER be ordering from this website again. They're absolute trash and do not care for their customers. I still want my jersey because I was super excited to give this gift to my boyfriend and it's really ruining the holiday spirit for me being so stressed out about this gift. At this point I think I should also receive a refund with my jersey for the incompetent service and dealing with this issue for almost a full month now. It's ridiculous!

1 month for delivery?

It has been over a month and I'm still waiting for my order. I didn't think I had to order our Christmas presents back in November to assure delivery on time! NFL customer service has been no help putting all responsibility on Fedex and directing me to contact them. In today's age a month to receive an order is inexcusable. Get your DC in order NFL shop! I will never order again from them and would advise to stay far far away.

Don't order from here

Placed an order on 12/6 said shipping was 7-10 days. Come to find out I won't get my order till 1/17 called for cancel it so I could order somewhere else since it is a Christmas gift. Said bc I didn't call within 30 minutes they can't cancel it but they sure as hell took my money. Most companies won't even take the money till it's shipped. I am beyond pist. My order status still says "pending" so the fact they can't cancel the order is beyond absurd. I am considering calling my bank to cancel this charge. This company needs to get their $#*! together, I wish I read these sooner. I guess they don't notice a trend of unhappy customers. Will NEVER order from this company and was sure to post my experience on social media so none of my friends get ripped off in the future. If I could give them a zero star I would. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

Paid $16 extra dollars to have it delivered in 3 business days. And when I called customer service when it didn't show. 1st they said the order wsmas cancelled because of its verification system (but took my money). Then I was told that it wouldn't have been ship out to the fourth day after the 3 day order rush. Finally after all that they said my money won't be refunded for 7 to 10 days. Will never order from this site again.
