Ten days ago ordered 2 NFL Jerseys for my grandchildren 2 day shipping to get them in time to wear the to school the Friday Prior to the Super Bowl and the day of the Super Bowl. Long story short I called Your Customer Service and was told they would overnight the package and it would get there Friday. Today, Saturday, called again to Customer Service and was told the package was "17 minutes away". Four hours later no package. Called again to your Customer Service and was told "the package was still "17 minutes away" but added "in a Fed Ex sorting facility". The package won't be delivered until Monday. AFTER the Super Bowl. Can't pick it up. Never mind the untruths about being told it would be overnighted and then then original 2 day shipping 10 ten days ago, but there are two grandchildren who won't have the jerseys for the Super Bowl.
This wad my first and last they misrepresented themselves with shipping date and I was following this order called several times to upgrade shipping. The dumbass CSR just kept asking do you want to cancel your order. Superbowl is tomorrow and hoodie will be here Thursday. Go figure!

I ordered my items the day after the conference championships. Looks like nothing will be here by the Super Bowl on the 2nd. I can't believe the NFL and its suppliers weren't ready for the immense rush of orders. This happens every year, I'm sure, that a flood of orders come in after the conference championships. So disappointed.
Edit: We got some stuff on the morning of the game! My husband's 49er shirt, his 49er flag, and the flags that had both teams on them. Guess it was the demand for Chiefs stuff that's causing the backlog. I think the NFL Shop got it expedited; the fed ex driver said it wasn't on his truck so they had him make an extra stop to get it.

I ordered a jersey for the Super Bowl for my son, early enough where the Jersey was expected to arrive prior to the super bowl. The shipment date was no later than January 30th. The shirt has not yet shipped as of today, January 31st, which I can now assume that my son won't have the jersey for the game which is highly disappointing.

I ordered shirts for the super bowl on January 19th. When I received the email stating they would ship January 28th, I immediately called to cancel because I didn't think they would be here in time. The man on the phone guaranteed my shirts would be here by January 31st and they would be shipped express, so I didn't cancel... well they were not shipped express and they're scheduled to arrive Monday the 3rd, after the super bowl. They also decided to separate my order and ship one shirts a different day. When that happened I called again to cancel the item that had not been shipped and the lady on the phone told me I could not... even though it hadn't shipped. She was so rude and could care less about my concerns. Thanks to the "official" NFL shop, myself and my family will be the only ones without shirts at our super bowl party that we are hosting. And I can't even cancel. Buyer beware! There are plenty of other places to buy NFL gear and places that will let you cancel orders if needed. Attached is a photo showing my shirt that hasn't been shipped that they won't let me cancel. I'll be returning the other shirts once they arrive for my money back. I won't support a business that does this to people.

I ordered a shirt the weekend before the Super Bowl that said it was guaranteed to be shipped by 1/28/2020. I was then told it was guaranteed to be shipped by 1/30/2020. I was then told that it did not ship today (1/30/2020). Customer Service has been accommodating by upgrading my shipping to ensure that it arrives by the Super Bowl but I am concerned that it will never ship out before the game. The shirt is for my 5 year old son and this is the first year he has expressed any interest in football or the 49ers. At this point, it is too late to order a different shirt for him and I am fearful that he will not have the shirt for the Super Bowl. I am disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I ordered my shirts for the superbowl in well enough time to have them arrive by Friday the 31st. I called when one of the shirts was shipped out and saw the delivery date of the 3rd of Feb. I spoke with an agent and he gaurenteed my order would be delivered on the 31st. I called back today and the other shirt was delayed and they said that they would overnight it to me. I was happy with that, however, I needed the other shirt as well. I spoke with a "supervisor" who was very rude, spoke over me, and argued. She said that tracking can change all the time and I would have to wait to see what it does for the shirt that will deliver on Monday. I told her that I have checked it each day and it still has not changed. I will not order from the nfl shop again due to the rude supervisor. I still will not receive one of my shorts by the superbowl and that was the point of ordering them.

I got online after the final playoffs and ordered a shirt. It looked like it said it would be received before the Super Bowl-had flashing signs indicating that you would receive it... even on the 24th of January I received emails with "Are you ready for SUperbowl... free shipping... but all free shipping showed that the items would not be shipped until after the Super Bowl. NFL Shop... you have lost a customer.

While I write this I'm still on hold to ask a billing question. After my husband ordered me a GB game shirt that didn't fit he was not refunded the shipping charge that wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. When he printed the return label he was charged $10 for the return. So basically he paid $20 extra for a shirt that was never worn. What was sold for $80 became $100 because it didn't fit. I finally just got off the phone with them to see why I was again being charged $9 and they answered after 37 minutes! I cancelled the order literally 1 hour after I placed it and I have to wait 7 business days for reimbursement. DON'T BOTHER WITH NFL.COM! We all know Amazon is better faster and cheaper. Also I would submit a photo of the order but their photo upload won't allow emails or screenshots. They are pathetic.

Being upset is clearly an understatement! I ordered one of my father's Christmas gifts a pair of REDSKINS slippers! The package finally arrives on 1/8/20 and guess what?!?! The are NOT true to size! I ordered a phone case, paid for it, and paid for shipping. Got the case and it was a piece of cheap plastic. The description of the phone case was durable with a bump case and rubber edges. It was not at all that as described. So now I am returning it and NFL is charging me $10.00 for a return? Are you kidding me? And we lost our first shipping charge as well. We will never order from them again.

I placed an order for a jersey. No problems until I gave the jersey to my son as a Christmas gift. It fit, but would have been better one size larger. That's when the problems begin Apparently NFLSHOP.com has no exchange policy in place So the jersey must be shipped back (and there's a return label fee but they at least offered to waive that) which takes 5-7 business days. Then the refund (minus shipping costs) must be processed. Another 5-7 business days. Then 5-7 business days for the credit to be released by my bank. Then the item must be re-ordered and another 5-7 business days until it is received. So not only does the customer have to pay double shipping but a process that should be easily handled within 10 business days max (if customer could return the item and it be exchanged and shipped back) takes well over a month. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Bought a tailgate toss ($249) from the NFL shop and it arrived with gouges in the wood in several places. Received a refund, re-ordered, hauled it to the post-office to return it and waited patiently for a replacement. So excited when it finally came until we saw it and again--wood severely damaged in several places. Their answer? Refund. Haul it to the post office to return it. Reorder. No extra effort to expedite or make it right for us. They said someone will contact us in a few days. Very disappointed because this was a Christmas present that the family was going to use over our holiday break. The first return was a bummer and now a second? Maybe when they contact us they will make things right. If so, I will update this review. But for now, I'd say, stay away from ordering this item - they don't ship it correctly and they don't do anything to correct the problem quickly.

Don't believe the "Hassle-Free 90 Day Return Policy." This policy doesn't apply to all items on the website, even for exchanges. Some items can only be returned within 30 days, but you can't easily find that out because NFLShop.com has carefully buried this information deep within its website. Your order acknowledgment email won't include that information, either.
To make matters worse, NFLShop.com has only one customer service number, no way to contact management to ask for redress, and a Facebook customer service system that is slow and powerless to help. People who plan ahead and shop well before Christmas, like me, may find themselves stuck with items that don't fit and can't be exchanged even when the size chart for the item is inaccurate (I measured a shirt we already have to be sure I ordered the right size... but the size chart measurements are incorrect). This isn't customer service, it is deception.
NFLShop.com should redesign its website so that items with this restrictive return policy are clearly identified upfront, with a link from the item page to the return policy for that item. This would help customers decide whether buying in advance for the holidays would be the best option for them.

Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas on 12-10-19 never got to my house then the tracking says that usps took over shipping. It's 12-30 today and nothing yet, ruined christmas for my son. Tried calling... 45 min hold nobody answers. I will never order anything from this place. To make matters worse, it was never a deal the jersey is actually cheaper a our sporting good store here.
