Wish I'd seen previous reviews before I bought from this shop. Ordered a medium SF hoodie from the EUROPEAN NFL shop to be shipped to a EUROPEAN address. Was sent an Asian medium which is actually small in European size so it's tiny and doesn't fit. I would have said that this could be a once off but the same thing happened a few weeks ago when I ordered a t-shirt from the NBA shop so they're obviously the same company. Worse than that there was a horrible smell off it. The material and quality is absolutely shocking for the price they charge. Went to print a return label on the website and when I entered my order details it kept saying it wasn't recognised. Will send an email to customer service but god knows when I'll get a reply. Please do not waste your money on their horrible products.
Because of covid-19 i order face my team face mask on 5-22-2020 and after placing order had pay $4.99 for shipping and after that it tell me i will not get my order until 7-20-2020 by than it will not do me any good if i knew before hand about cost of shipping and how long it would be i would have never order from them if i want to wait for ever i would have order from wish and the shipping would have been free i never order any thing from this company again they charge u a lot for stuff that they order from over seas for nothing they was fast to charge my card i do not know why the nfl league let this company represent them

I ordered 3 things in hopes they would be here by Father's Day in May 13th. My bags arrived, and the first initial email said one would arrive by May 27th the other said July 9th! The knife set says pending, and the masks what the hell!? 2 months for some freaking masks!? I want answers on my shipment.
Elysha was a pleasure to work with. I ordered a Barry Sanders autographed helmet for my sons birthday. When it arrived, I was not happy with the quality as the stickers on the helmet were creased and put on improperly. I informed Elysian I needed a replacement in time for my sons birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure I received the replacement in time.

I ordered a custom jersey, it got a confirmation then i went on the site and there were no orders. I did everything to contact Someone and I had to jump through hoops online to find out the order was canceled. I did not cancel my order but I got no update or answer as to why my order was canceled.

One I received a Dwayne haskins jersey when I ordered a AP jeresy. Two, the quality is trash. Plastic numbers and logos. WHY IS NOTHING STITCHED ON?!? I realize it may be because of the reebok to nike switch but real jerseys should be stitched. I ordered a Joddan Reed Jersey a few years back from aliexpress a chinese bootleg site and its WAY more authentic in material, stitched, cut, etc... just curious is it because of the switch to nike?

Ordered a KC Chiefs Pro Line Super Bowl Champions Luxe Foil T-Shirt in XL for my brother. He wears a L or XL usually, this thing is smaller than the the kids L that my nephew wears, and the material is so thin you can see through it. I ordered another shirt in the same size and they're totally different sizes, like for father and child, even though they both say XL. I almost want to try to order another size but its so off from the listed size, I feel like its not worth wasting another $10 return fee. Don't waste your time or money on this junk!

This was my very first purchase with this company and my very LAST! After 1 month, I finally received my product in the mail. I took it out of the package and out comes a folded, wrinkled, jersey with the packing paper stuck to the ink on the sleeves! When I removed all the packing material, the ink came off of the jersey with it! I was disgusted because it costs me $50. Additionally, there was no order #, no email contact, no customer service phone number, and the website didn't list a return method. Sincerely disappointed!

Ordered a Travis Kelce Super Bowl Jersey at the beginning of February. Received it yesterday finally and the logo on the right sleeve was melted together, red ink/dye stains on the back and the collar in the back was burned almost flat. Logos, lettering and numbers are what you would expect from a mall T-shirt store back in the 80's. Over 100 dollars for a jersey that isn't anywhere close to the quality of even a high schooler l team jersey.

This shop had shipped my order internationally without tracking. Though it's said about tracking option on their site, but while making an order it was impossible to know that it will be sent without tracking.
Knowing how slow the post service works in my country, I just waited for my parcel.
Now, after chatting with their assistant, I am absolutely disappointed, because they can't make a request to find the parcel. And they can't resend these items, and they even can't return money! They can nothing after 90 days, and I asked for help few days later :( And it was said that I should find this information somewhere at their site.
Now I received no help and lost my money. There were lots of apologies instead - nice :(

This is absolutely the worst quality polo shirt I've ever purchased. The NFL Shop site says the shirt has embroidered graphics. This is absolutely false. They are screen printed and look like they will wash away after a couple washings. The material is so flimsy you can practically see through it.

This is the first time I used nflshop.com. The reason I did overnight, is I wanted it the next day. Not 10 days later! But just called them to get reimbursed for that charge. I then say why do you even have that option. I asked about the free shipping on orders over $29. They said they would not honor that, and I would be receiving the same things the same time as overnight charges. 2 weeks later. Can't believe this company is affiliated with NFL!
