I used the chat service and was told they could only fix one of the errors. I was told they would refund the other one. I advised that I didn't find that acceptable, however they proceeded with their solution. I accidentally had closed my chat and had to start a new one.
That process was even more frustrating and did not resolve my issue of simply stating I would keep one of the error items. I decided to contact the call center who reversed the refund as my preference was to simply keep it rather than have nothing. The process to get the return amended was cumbersome and downright painful. In addition to not getting what I ordered because of their error, I have to make a trip to the post office to return.
To be honest, I've dealt with other companies who would have simply shipped the 1 correct one and told me to keep both of the incorrect ones as a token of customer experience gesture based on the price point. I've certainly had better experiences with other companies.
I ordered a jersey on a Monday thinking it would come for the games the following Sunday. But NOOOOOOO. I get a confirmation email and it says expected delivery is the 27th, of November! It is currently September 16th and i never got a heads up that it would take that long to ship. The site said 3-7 business days. But i understand if it was like a week or a week and a half late because of the events happening right now but over 2 whole months is unacceptable.

Ordered a jersey two months ago, still hasn't shipped! Had to waste my time calling and trying to figure out where it was only for them to tell me it was a special item and was going to take longer. What a joke, you should tell your customers it's going to take two months to ship before they buy. That way they can shop else where, which is what I plan on doing from now on

I ordered my first jersey may 20, it is now August 27th and I was supposed to receive it August 14th. Called customer service and was told it would now be arriving September 15th, after the start of the season. Their excuse... it is a special event item! No it is a regular jersey you jack hole! The second jersey I ordered (don't ask me why I went with these guys again) was ordered August 1st, and expected to arrive October 6th!?!?!?! I just purchased a new Packers sideline hat. I own no less than 15 New Era 39/30 hats. This one arrived and it fits over my ears and half way down them! WTF? No reviews on the NFL.CA page so buyer beware. Also note, none of the advertised free shipping or 20% off codes work. $65.00 Canadian for a hat that's garbage!

I ordered three items in May 2020. Two came but I am still waiting on the third item. I keep being told it will be another month. Now the delivery date is 8/18. I know Covid is creating issues but this is ridiculous. I just chatted with someone and they didn't seem concerned. I'm afraid my grandson has grown out of the jersey already. Not a happy shopper. I ordered a Nick Chubb jersey on May 2nd, this was shortly after the new uniforms dropped so I expected a delay. It said it would ship on October 15th at the latest. Recently I checked the website and if I ordered one now it still said it would ship on October 15th. I tried tracking my package thinking it might be closer than that since I ordered 2 months ago. However, to my surprise it wasn't. I contacted customer service and our chat is pictured below. Apparently with back ordered items they wait until they catch up to all the demand and ship them all out at once. They don't send out the jerseys as they are made. I was told it doesn't matter if I ordered on July 15th or May 2nd they will ship on October 15th. What kind of "policy" is this? How can someone order a jersey over two months before another and receive it at the same time or even later and still have to pay for shipping? This is absurd, they have jerseys sitting there made and don't send them out and instead wait for a later date to send them all...
