I bought a Darius Leonard Colts Jersey the other day and upon receiving noticed the jersey was extremely big. I Decided to start the return process and was disgusted when I saw the results something I had paid $77.59 for I was being offered $60.00. First they charge you $9.99 to ship it back which is $4 more then what it cost to get ship. But thats not what makes me mad, what happened to my other $7.59? I guess they think that can be pocketed? Nope I'll be sending back, they can have there $9.99 but I will be getting my $67.59 otherwise its just getting disputed. AVOID them at all costs.
Package never arrived. FedEx said they "attempted" a delivery which they never did. I contacted the company as they are the only ones who can put a change on the shipment to pick it up from a fedex store. They wouldn't do it and said that since I "refused" it, they would process a return when they received it back and that I would have to reorder in 10 days. That will never ever happen. I caution anyone not to order from this site. I have had great experience with Fanatics.com. I doubt I will ever even get my money refunded and will be filing a claim with the BBB.

Unfortunately, our company has only a contract to attempt to deliver the package and if the attempt is unsuccessful the package is to be returned to sender. I found a jersey that said it was 25% off with a code. I click on the jersey and it, again, says the jersey is 25% off with a code. So, I add to cart and go to checkout. I enter the code it says and it doesn't apply. I called customer service and I'm told it doesn't apply to that jersey because there is limited supply. After several minutes of going in circles, I ask for a supervisor. No supervisors available. The agent tells me that he'll give me free shipping if I pay full price. The item already qualified for free shipping! Or, so they said. I may be crazy, but if you advertise a certain price or discount, you honor that price or discount. I see why they have 1½ stars.

I placed an order with the NFL shop and they automatically signed me up for expedited shipping which cost close to 15$. Then nobody answered my messages in the live chat and the order was shipped without me being able to change it. THEN the tracking noted 5 days before my order would arrive which is much longer than expedited shipping was said to take. So I was automatically charged for a service I didn't want and then didn't even get. When I did reach a person, I was told it was too late to get a refund for the shipping and was given only 10% off my next purchase... which I won't be using as I won't be ordering from them again.

My first order with NFL shop was for face masks. I ordered them in March 2020 and they did not arrive until July. Pretty pathetic especially because there was no indication during my order process that there would be any significant delay of any kind. Once I finished paying, I received an email a few days later of the estimated delivery date in July. Ridiculous. I tried them again, and unfortunately, awful again. This time they estimated my delivery date to be November 11th. As November 11th approached I received an email stating that bc of Covid 19, my delivery would not arrive until November 17th. Yesterday I received another email stating that they would not send my order until December 10th and if I still wanted it I would need to log on and request it again or I would receive a refund for my purchase. How does anyone stay in business being so terrible? I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. This is my final nfl shop purchase ever. Infuriating.

Ordered a jersey on 11/5/20 and was given a delivery date of 11/19/20 - yes, a ridiculously long time, but it is for my son's birthday so I went with it. Went to track the package yesterday, 11/17, just to make sure it was on its way, and it hadn't even made it to the FedEx facility! Chatted with rep online and they returned that jersey and sent another one out and told me that it has a, "Promise Delivery Date of Thursday, November 19,2020." So, logged on this morning to check the tracking of the new package and low and behold it has not been sent to the FedEx facility and now I have an 11/25/20 expected delivery date! Called customer service to find out what can be done and I get 2 choices: Refund and no jersey or wait for it to be delivered and now date is between 11/25 and 12/01. Can't talk to anyone else - Can't contact the warehouse - no supervisor, NOTHING! BUYER BEWARE. Be prepared to WAIT for anything you order from them. Oh and the COVID excuse for not shipping is really getting OLD!

Fedex tracking for all 3 packages says delivered with a timestamp. I live in a luxury high rise that does not lose packages and it was clearly not delivered. On nfl website it says shipped. Talk to customer service and they gave a $40 refund... out of $520... wtf? This company needs to be sued and shut down by the BBB. Paid 23.99+tax for a hat that was too big so returned it after reading "free returns" on the website. A couple days later I was refunded only 15.50 and was told that even though shipping is free on returns they charge 9.99 for a "return label". They must think their customers are pretty stupid advertising free returns and then deducting 10 bucks behind their backs. Needless to say I was refunded only about 60% of the purchase price and will be buying my NFL merchandise elsewhere in the future!

Ordered 3 Ravens masks. $25 to get to me. Mask look great and feel great but they are not large enough. They are only 5" high and when you talk they either come off your nose or up off your chin. You have to constantly adjust them. They are returnable but not after you open the package. How are you supposed to know how they fit otherwise?

Bought a custom jersey for my son's birthday in July. After 3 washes, which were done by the manufacturer's guidelines, the jersey numbers began to peel and the jersey shrunk. Had the exact same issue with 4 other t-shirts. They peel and shrink. Stay away from this company's products. After being on the chat for over 30 minutes, they asked me send back the shirts and then they will determine if they can refund, that is the only reason they get 1 star. The customer service rep was good.
I recieved a Nike t shirt (first mistake) from this online merchant. Nike Essential Legend Performance T-Shirt along with other shirts of the same size. All fit well except this one, too tight. Would have been ok but the rubber iron on logo was put too high on chest near the crew neck collar. The tight fit causes perspiration and discomfort. It also looks pretty goofy and knock off like. In order to return this $40 dollar product there is a 25% return free or $9.99. Crap product crap return policy. Their site doesn't even have a way to rate the product or appeal the additional charge.

I would have Never ordered from this site if I knew it would take this long to ship. I still have not received my one item. I ordered on 10/4/20 and delivery date said December 4th. But now it says November 24th But still this is over a Month for one face mask! I have been ordering online with other stores and have not waited this long. I ordered an item from the NFL Canada shop, and it became delayed during the distribution process. I reached out to their online customer service team and the person I spoke to said she would make a note on my file that I could return the item for free since it was delayed. It finally came so I tried to initiate the return. Ended up speaking to a supervisor on their online chat (since they did not have a North American 1-800 number, it was US only) and she told me that the agent I spoke to before made an error and there was nothing she could do about it. She couldn't print me a return label since I'd be mailing it from Canada, which is fair, but I didn't understand why she couldn't have offered to refund me for the cost to ship it to them. She really did not care to help me at all and now I am going to be out the insured shipping cost to mail it back to them.
