I purchased a top and then remembered the sizes being very small from an order a long time ago. I tried to edit my order and couldn't find anywhere to do this as the live chat said that everyone was busy and didn't have a queue system... So I went onto Twitter and contacted the store that way and they said that someone would respond to me by email within 24-48 hours and I have still not had an email almost a month later. The package then comes in the size that I had originally ordered which is absolutely tiny for a large and I have now realised that I have to pay to return my items as well. Not really sure why it is even a separate store for NFL Europe as it is literally no different from just ordering from the American store itself and makes you think that you are buying it from a European based place where you can easily return your items... I mean they don't even give you a returns label to print and stick onto the parcel, it's just embarrassing.
I orderd a jersey 11/30/20, the site stated they had several in stock. Customer service lied over an over stating it would be at my door by 12/21 even though it hung in the processing staus for three weeks. Then they have the balls to blame it on a snow storm when the package was never shipped. NFL shop, do not try to dispute my claim, I printed the transcript from every conversation.

I ordered a jersey gor my son and it was bigger than expected! I order thst same size in all brands without a problem. Wanted to exchange it but they said because it was customized they couldn't. It is Mccaffrey ftom the Panthers of course they can receive it amd sell it without a problem. Sadly I later noticed Amazon has same jersey same price, free shipping. Do NoT but from them look for the product elsewhere. Will NEVER but from them again. $120 in the trash!
Update: NFL Shop did contact me and allow me to return the jersey. So I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 because in the end they were fair but took a lot of work to get them to allow the return. Still I'd like to thank them for allowing it!

Duplicitous as they come. This is not an American-based company. Product comes comes from China. Ordered a shirt for my Son in early November with a clear expectation it would arrive by Christmas. As of this writing, it's been sitting in Shengdu, China for 26 days and hasn't move one bit. Company basically says: "Well we've given the product to our currier, there's nothing we can do. Their direct quote was: "We can't control logistics." After several back and forth angry emails they had the nerve to tell me to "be patient" when my Son clearly won't receive the product by Christmas. They don't give 2 sh*ts if the product moves or not.
I told them I will be retuning for the product for a full refund as soon as it gets here (Springtime?). But that also seems like a big hassle as well based on the other reviews I saw. Sounds like their products suck as well. I told them they were a shameful and dishonorable company.

I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers shirt on 12/13/2020 and the good news is that it arrived today on 12/17/2020 however when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed in the quality and design and look of the shirt. It looks faded and it looks like very cheap material and it has an awful smell to it. I am extremely upset because it was a gift for someone and when I tried to return it the virtual assistant pops up saying I cannot return it because it was customized. This was my first time using the NFL Shop and it will certainly be my last time ordering anything from this company. This shirt was a complete waste of my $58 and it looks nothing like the picture it shows on the website.

First to be fair, I did order a customize shirt on November 21st.- I misunderstood i assume- yes I know what happens when you assume- by ordering thru their drop down menu I was not customizing a shirt. Customizing to me meant have someone name on the shirt. Also in my defense to read their no return policy, I would have needed to scrod down to the 3rd to last item to see it.
The ordered originally show a 3 day shipping, Then I get an email telling me delivery it would be delay on 12/7. I then get an emailing blaming fed ex telling me it wont arrive to after Christmas. I chatted with customer service on 12/11, who basically said it was my fault for the delay since I choose free shipping, They agreed to canceled the order after I said I was going to call the credit card company and refuse payment. Today, I received an email telling me the order shipped on 12/12 will be delivered on! 2/17. I called customer service today, was told the person I chatted with on line did not have the authority to cancel an order, never explained why on 12/11 they did not know the item was scheduled for shipping the next day, did not know why I was not informed they the agreed to cancellation was not going to happen, refused to get a supervisor on the phone, had no way of reaching someone at the NFL shop to help resolve the problem.

Though it took several weeks for the gator to be shipped, the end result is the issue. The gator is very thin. Certainly not insulating. The logo placement is poor and it can't be seen while wearing. Worst is the size is more like a child's. WAY to tight to be worn by an adult. Looks like a bank robber with panty hose over the face. Tried to start a return only to find out NFLshop will gouge me $9.99 for return shipping. This item can literally fit in an envelope with 2 stamps. It's not more than a handkerchief in size. VERY disappointed and won't be purchasing again. Buyer beware!

My advice is avoid NFL shop. No one has a handle on anything and you continue to get passed on. Ordered something at the beginning of November, it has been a month and not even an update. Joined the chat 3 times and no resolution or information. Very disappointed

I ordered a jacket. When I got email confirmation, the price was wrong and shipping date was 2 months away. I called to cancel the order and I was told the order could not be cancelled. I asked for a supervisor and I was told they would give me the same answer. I was not able to speak with a supervisor or cancel the order. NOW, I have to call the credit card company and cancel the order. Terrible Customer Service. STAY AWAY...

I ordered a women's Jalen Ramsey Los Angeles Rams Jersey and they sent me a kid's Cleveland Browns Jersey instead. This cost $190.00 and when it was in the cart and in my email it was a Jalen Ramsey Los Angeles Rams Jersey; so who made the switch? I can't talk to a live person. This is some bull crap. I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. How are you a NFL website and you don't send the proper product and it's made of cheap material? You expect me to give the return to the mailman or take it to the post office. How about you send my actual purchase and then I'll send this other Jersey? Because at this point I don't trust doing business with this "company." Shoppers please be careful. And the only positive review on here is most likely from one of their employees.

Order two jerseys months ago. Was told it would be here by end of November. Waited very patiently then end of November comes no jerseys. Contact customer support they tell me to wait another month and that it will be there by end of December. I have canceled my order. Don't order from them! What a waste of time! So quick to take your money and no rush to try and give there customer their product. I should of checked reviews before I ordered because negative reviews out way the good. They screwed up my order, I never received the second item, they dodge your calls from the third party customer service platform, you will never hear from them, they promise a refund but over a month later I have yet to receive it. Don't let the official NFL logo and affiliation fool you! I placed an order in May and received an email in October that I could cancel the order, if I wish due to an unknown delivery date. After waiting 5 months already. I decided to cancel my order, I spoke to customer service and they assured me the money would take 2-7 business days. I still have not received my refund, each time I reach out to customer service about this, they close the chat without telling me why I still don't have my refund.
