I wish I had read reviews before ordering! They screwed up my order, I never received the second item, they dodge your calls from the third party customer service platform, you will never hear from them, they promise a refund but over a month later I have yet to receive it. Don't let the official NFL logo and affiliation fool you! The NFL really needs to consider going with a more reliable retailer because right now everything I had planned to order from them after this is off the table! RIP OFF CITY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I'M WARNING YOU!

Hello Diana, thank you for your feed back! I am very sorry that you do not show the refund. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review, the package was returned to sender. It takes up to 10 business days to receive the package package back in our warehouse. Once the item is received, you are automatically refund back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. It can take your financial institution up to 7 business days to process the refund into your account. Please contact your financial institution on status of any pending deposits. Just try this: check your favorite products in your favorite store with your eBates. Then log off and go back and search the same items on the same stores independently, not through eBates. EVERYTHING COSTS WAY MORE WITH EBATES, SO WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE TO USE THEM? YOUR CASH BACK DOESN'T EVEN EQUAL THE AMOUNTS YOU'VE OVERPAID! Smh

They bait you with this lie that your storefront could be featured on Etsy or Amazon... yeah, right! There's NO PHONE NUMBER OR LIVE CHAT FOR SUPPORT! I logged out of my account and searched for my products as a guest and it kept turning up "NO RESULTS FOUND"! I mean I typed in my exact product titles, my exact storefront name and everything and I see that if someone searches for my products or my storefront THEY WILL NOT FIND ME! I did get some interest on a particular hoodie that I designed, that I had to PURCHASE MYSELF for people to see and ask about. I send them the link to my storefront and it turns up these RIDICULOUS PRICES THAT I DID NOT SET MYSELF! I'm in a panic, trying to discover how to change the pricing before my friends lose interest but there's NO LIVE CHAT AND NO PHONE NUMBER! SO I HAD TO LEAVE MY QUESTION IN THE CONTACT US PAGE AND WAIT UP TO 24 HOURS TO HOPEFULLY HEAR FROM SOMEONE, WHICH IN THE PAST HAS BEEN A GEREATED OR AUTOMATIC RESPONSE, NOT TOTALLY RELEVANT TO WHAT I NEED TO KNOW, AND I HAVE NO WAY TO CLARIFY MY QUESTION OR ASK FURTHER QUESTIONS EXCEPT TO EMAIL BACK, WAIT 24 HOURS FOR ANOTHER REPLY, ETC., ETC.,, ETC! UGH! WHEN I PLACED ORDERS WITH TEESPRING IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! SELLING WITH TEESPRING IS A DOUBLE NIGHTMARE, EXCEPT MAYBE FOR ESTABLISHED COMPANIES! THEIR SELLER SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT! AND THEY NEED A PHONE NUMBER WITH HUMANS!

If I could give it zero stars I would. They outsource their "customer service" to poorly trained Indian call centers where the agents have no idea what they are doing. They have advertisers on their site that are not aware of the promotions, such as Davidson Group, the invention site. If you complete some of the offers through InboxDollars they don't pay you your credits because they claim that the advertiser needs to notify them that you have completed the offer. But when you contact the advertisers they have no partnership with InboxDollars at all and have no knowledge of the offer, nor did they consent to it at all. This especially includes Lyft and Uber. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR $50 OR $65 for becoming a driver through a link at InboxDollars! But they know that you will not be able to get through to Lyft or Uber, so I did the same experiment with several other advertisers" and they in no way consented to, or partnered with InboxDollars for these offers! When you complain to InboxDollars, after ignoring your first several complaints, they respond by saying that "as a courtesy" they have credited your account" for 50 cents FOR AN OFFER THAT YOU EARNED, SO IT'S NOT A DARN COURTESY AT ALL!
I am in the process of having the Federal Trade Commission investigate InboxDollars/CotterWeb Inc. so I am inviting anyone else who has had similar or worse issues with them to contact me and/or The FTC! They need to be taken down for praying on our demographic; people who are looking to earn a few dollars from home. I am semi-retired and care for my adult daughter who has severe special needs at home so the time I invest in trying to earn a few extra dollars means a lot to me! I don't deserve to be scammed like this, and neither do any of you other victims of this cyber-cruelty!

Ok so I place an order for just over $250. What does Walmart.com do? They place a hold on my card for the total amount of the transaction, then they charge EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM AS THEY SHIP, WHICH WERE ALL SHIPPED SEPERATELY! This put my account into a negative balance, which caused me overdraft fees from another unrelated transaction.
When I called, they explained that that's how they do it, and that once the last item from my order ships, the original charge/hold of the total amount will reverse and my money will be restored. HUH?! Meanwhile, I'm in the RED! They are keeping my $250+ on hold until the last item ships AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE RE-CHARGING ME FOR EACH ITEM AND I HAVE TO STAY IN THE RED UNTIL WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO SHIP MY LAST THING!
WHYYYYYYYYYY DID I EVER SHOP HERE?! BACK TO AMAZON FOR ME!
