I ordered a pullover hoodie and some infant booties on 12/16 for gifts and got 2 day shipping. Got an email the next day saying that my items were shipped and got a tracking number and it said that my items would be delivered on 12/19. I check the tracking number on 12/19 and it says that the package was never received by the shipper. So i called the company and the customer rep tells me that the pullover hoodie is out of stock so the items were never shipped. Why in the hell wasn't i notified about the item not being in stock and why would you guys send me an email saying that my items were shipped when they weren't? That is BS! I'm requesting a refund and i better get my money back!
Hello Julie, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the package never arrived and the hoodie is now out of stock. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. The order was fully refunded and sent back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. It may appear as two separate transaction. One on 12/19/2019 in the amount of $16.15 and the other on 12/20/2019 for $56.56. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement.
