Ordered a jersey 9/11 for a game 10/1. Jersey expected delivery date was 9/27. After 10 days of order still saying "processing" called nfl shop and was told a ticket was submitted. After another week with no update, called customer service again to inquire and was told the ticket was closed. When I asked why the ticket was closed if there was no resolution, I was told I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told there was none available and when I asked when one would be available the call disconnected. 48 hours later, arrival date has passed and still no update. Jersey is still "processing"

Annoyed

I have been looking for my package ever since I ordered on 9/7/23. I am going to the Chiefs and Jets game on 10/1 and loe n behold my hoodie and my fitted isn't here. Right after I ordered my items I went back to get the order number and it said no order history. I went into my email and no confirmation email. I have been calling for information and updated and every time I call it's either they don't see an order, they're telling me about orders I never placed or they're giving me a date that comes and goes and still no package. I spent $148.93 and I want my items. How am I even supposed to find get a refund if I don't even have an order number. And when I call I get a person who doesn't speak proper English so it's like pulling teeth and pulling my hair at the same time. I'm so annoyed because I don't play with my money and now I have to find something else to throw on for the game on Sunday. I am NEVER shopping here again.

I have ordered this shirt twice!
The first time paid 18.95 for 2-3 day shipping, after 3 days called them and they said they would credit me.
They didn't show any movement on the shipment….Did not get in time for event…… Decided to order it again and this time paid for expedited shipping to think this would be shipping priority.
Still don't see any movement on shipment the last 3 days so I will need to call them Monday and they will probably give me credit and I still won't have the shirt.
I really don't know hat is wrong with this company but maybe they should go out of business since they are not really a good reputable company.
I am only saying this due to the other reviews also……….

Worst service Ever!

I ordered a jersey for my son on September 2,2023. Everything was great untill it wasnt delivered. I called them, they rep stated it was running late and would be delivered the next day. No problem. Totally understandable. It didnt come the next day. Waited another day still nothing called back and spoke to a lady. Explained we never got it and we needed it the following weekend. She said I would have to call back on sunday, 3 days after thia call to report it missing. They would expedite it for free. I was happy with that. Called back. NOPE. Will not expedite. So I was lied to twice. Said it would be shipped today sept 21. No email about it bein shipped. Called back. Still not shipped. The absolutely worst company. Order from Mitchell and Ness. I will NEVER order from this company again!

If I could rate zero, I would. Placed an order, product in stock to ship within 3-7 days Received email with expected delivery. Following that order stayed in processing status for 10 days even though live on the web it said it was going to be delivered on time (birthday present). When i called they couldn't explain the issue, could not expedite, could not help. Offered me to cancel… but the whole point is I want my order processed and shipped. Evidently no one had authorization to expedite or even figure the problem out. Extremely disappointed with NFL shop.

Nike jersey's

Bought two jerseys this week one was a Brock Purdy. The other was Samuel Deebo $174 for purdy for Samuel 129.00 letters were not stitched on. They were heated or iron on these are not real jerseys is very poor quality for the PlayStation should be real. How does this company get away with fake stuff when was made in Honduras, the other was made in Indonesia This is what I was not looking forward to. Fake jerseys there is no numbers at the bottom where it says Nike it's written in there so you can tell it's a fake jersey. The pretty jersey was supposed to be a men's small. It looks like a kids youth

I ordered a jersey for around $130 in late July that was supposed to ship in 3 weeks. After about a month I checked again and there was no update. A few days after that I received an email saying it would ship no later than 9/15, which was about a month after that. It is now 9/19, and I checked the status again, which there was no update. I decided to cancel the order, but was unable to do so. There was supposed to be a 'modify my order' button which was conveniently not there. I had to go to live chat, which they also made extremely difficult to find. Once I was in the chat, I had to deal with an automated system that directed me to the same pages that told me to click the 'modify my order' button that wasn't there. After a few minutes, I typed 'speak to a representative' and finally got someone who fed me canned responses and didn't answer half of my questions. I asked repeatedly why there was no information to which they told me 'the information on the order is all we have to share', which was nothing. This order already missed 2 deadlines and the best they could say was 'Do you wish to keep your order open?' This company is absolute trash. Avoid them if you can.

I ordered 2 Dallas Cowboy shirts for my grandsons to wear on game days. I went to track the order and they shipped it to an old address of mine, and it is NOT where I requested the order to ship to. In fact, the default shipping address on my account is my current address in Texas. They shipped it to arkansas to an old address where there's no mailbox, no home. Just 3 empty acres. I first spoke with someone via chat but they were no help, so I called. I was informed when the company receives my pkg back, I will receive a refund. If they don't receive the pkg back, I guess I've just lost $45. They refunded $4.99 for the shipping which will take 2-7 business days to receive back. Like $4.99 is really going to make a huge difference in my account! Lol I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing from this company. It would've saved me $ and stress too!

2 week Shipping

I ordered a jersey for an upcoming eagles game. Shipping time said 3 to 7 business days. No big deal. I check today and it was arriving September 28th. Never would have ordered if it stated it would take 2 weeks to receive your order. Gave nfl a second chance after getting hit with a previous 9.99 return fee. Unacceptable

Ordered jersey on Sep 10. Expected delivery date was Sep 18 (I wanted to pay express delivery, but apparently not an option). It now says Sept 27. Unnaceptable in this day and age. And for $180 I hope it's the officially licensed product, not some $#*! from China

Disappointed

I ordered a seattle seahawks throwback jersey July 21st. I immediately felt bad and tried to cancel. I never heard back from them after sending multiple emails. I went back and looked at it and in tiny letter said it was a specialty item and couldn't be canceled. Fine, estimated delivery was in August, a day before my birthday, so fine. Waited and waited. Nothing. All it says is pending. Next thing you know, I go back in to see if there is any updates on the pending, now it's delivery date is a month later almost. Football is starting, it'll be almost 2 months and not a word from them. No email, nothing! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. I've never had issues and this isn't really something I can afford, but I was really excited to have it for my birthday. I'll never order from them again. I'm really disappointed.

Terrible shipping policy

My item was ordered August 30 and was told it would item would be shipped within 2 days. With a 3-7 day delivery which would be normal today. Received an email from NFL Shops stating estimated delivery would be 9/12. UPS tracking stated 9/14. My grandsons bday is 9/12. Reached out to NFL Shops CS and this is what they sent me.

Promise Ship: Fri, Sep 15,2023
Revised Ship:Thu, Sep 7,2023

I should have checked the reviews before placing my order. Their reviews are terrible, they are so mismanaged after reviewing the reviews they have gotten. I will never order from them again. I am so disappointed. I was hoping to surprise my grandson and figured ordering and allowing 12 days to ship one small youth jersey would not be a problem. I told NFL Shops I would be giving them a negative review and now I see why so many others have done the same. I will continue where ever possible to put this out there. It doesn't matter now as my estimated delivery is 9/18. The site is asking my to put in my order # before posting this review I may not ever get the jersey now. Find another way to get your NFL products.

Tried to purchase a hoodie advertising free next shipping and nflsave25 20%. When you purchase online it automatically charges 15 dollars for shipping. They double charged me and I'm told too late to cancel. I get 10 refund for the supposed free shipping which is no longer next day but standard. Buyer beware!

Literally ordered a jersey that said in stock and ready to ship - ordered stayed in processing for two weeks and no email or anything. Finally I contact the customer service and ask whats going on and they tell me that it isnt in stock, they have no idea when it will be but, the site let me order it and took my money - no one followed up and if I didnt say something then they would have just kept my money and never sent me anything - terrible site, terrible products and customer services. After I got in touch with someone, they said that they couldnt cancel my order and 'made a ticket'

Im pretty sure im just out $200 and am never getting it back at this point

Poor customer service

Ordered a soccer jersey and returned it for exchange for different size.Returned the item.Filled out the exchange form with tracking info,etc as requested.USPS tracking has the item available for pick over 3 weeks now.No one has answers the phone nor response to messages left. Very frustrating

On Tuesday 8/8 I received my package which was 14 pictures of David Tyree, which was for an event that Friday at which David Tyree would be attending. When I opened the package there was only 1 inside! I was transferred to Cristin, she listened to the story and heard the urgency in my voice. She thought of a solution but couldn't promise anything. She followed up with email after email for 2 days keeping me updated on her interaction with the warehouse. Thanks to Cristin's hard work on 8/10 I received the remaining 13 pictures. I can say enough positive things about my experience with her! She wouldn't sign off until the package was delivered to my house and in my hands! An event for children was even more special thanks to her dedication to her job, kindness and the willingness to go above and beyond for me! I can never thank her enough!

Ordered a $35 hat, didn't fit. Unless I want to get credit in a gift card that must be spent at NFL Shop, they charge a $9.99 return fee. I'm pretty good about reading terms and conditions but did not see this before ordering.

I bought a stemless wine glass for my fav sport team. It came, was a small cheap glass with a foil like decal on it as if someone made it in their garage. Called, CS said he can ship me a new one or return it because sounds like a mistake in manufacturing. I said well then send me a new one if you think that's all it is. I get the new one days later and same thing. The foil eagles decal literally comes right off as you touch it. Don't need to do much more than rub on it and it's off and now just a plain cheap smaller size wine glass. For $9.99. When CS offered the new one he said if that one isnt good we will refund you and you can keep the item as no reason to return. So I call them for my return because I'm not paying $9.99 for a blank wine glass. Dollar stores have more solid glasses for $1.25! The CS rep this time tells me there is no refund until I package and mail back both blank glasses lol. It is insane. So basically they just steal your money. Selling junk and refusing to refund me my money back for defective items.
