There's no proper way to get customer service since they use a bot for chat. I wanted to talk to someone about the service…glad I looked up reviews since I see much negative ones. Dog $#*!, I ordered an item as a gift for someone else's bday and it just now updated giving me a later date than expected, saying it will "arrive" 2 days later than originally. Don't give a f about what carrier they even use and making satisfied customer experiences. Last time I'll ever order again, it better be the correct item. Still spent well over 100.00 + and spend even more on shipping for one item. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied customer. HORRIBLE service, just shut it down.
It's 2023, returns shouldn't be this hard. The generated UPS return label didn't work. It sent me to a link to "create a label." I talked with a lady for 30+ minutes where she wouldn't let me speak to a manager. She kept insisting he was "engaged with another customer." After 40+ minutes, she offered me a refund on 1 item. Horrific service, send me the return label so I can reorder the correct size. Lost business for zero reason. If a company hires people to work customer service, step 1 is teaching how to create a return label. Will NEVER order from the NFL shop again.

I placed the order and had to exchange it. I had to buy the second shirt and wait for a refund for the first shirt. Just a fair warning if you have to exchange anything, you lose your fan cash. When I called, they gave me a coupon for 10% off but I already had 30% off so it didn't matter. Fan cash was NOT retorted even after they received the return.
I ordered a jersey for the 49er v CRYBOYS game. It said 3-7 days shipping here it is 17 days later and I still don't have my jersey! I called and the customer service rep tells me the item is just now back in stock and the jersey will ship November 1. This is 100% unacceptable, why on earth would they accept an order for a product that is out of stock! This will most definitely be my last order from NFL shop. If I can't find it at my local store I'll order directly from the 49ers store!
I ordered a jersey for an upcoming 49ers game. Shipping time said 3 to 7 business days. No big deal. I check today and it was arriving November 6. Never would have ordered if it stated it would take 2 weeks to receive your order. Gave nfl a second chance Unacceptable
Shipping dated misleading and wrong and when you try to get a hold of someone over your order it's like pulling teeth. Would recommend going anywhere else to buy your gear. Not work the hard earned money to be mislead and then no customer support.
I placed an order on October 4 for a pair of socks and a tee shirt. The shirt was listed as "In Stock - this item will ship within 7 business days." This is a gift that I need to arrive by a certain date, so I contacted them via chat today because the order is still showing as "Processing" only to be told that the shirt would not ship (ship, not arrive, ship) until the 25th of October. The socks are allegedly on their way, but they have been in "Shipped" status for days with no way to get an update because the tracking number I was provided by NFL Shop.com results in a message saying "Status is unavailable at the moment." When I asked for the portion of the order that had not been shipped yet to be canceled and refunded, I was informed that they could not issue a refund, "the warehouse" would have to issue it and it would be 48-72 hours from when the warehouse gets the cancelation order, which apparently is not the same as 48-72 hours from me actually canceling the order. The whole experience has been terrible. I would never have placed an order if I didn't fall for their statement that the items were in stock and would be shipped in a timely manner. Don't make the same mistake I did; don't order from here if you actually want to receive your items.
Make sure you read all the details of a return. You have to pay $9.99 to "print out a label" if you need to return anything. It cost me $9 just to return something and that was with me doing an online credit. If I had wanted my money back it would have cost me about $19. That's insane considering I can do free returns all day long through Amazon. My bad for not reading but this will be my last order because we all know sizes vary and I'm not gambling $19 on finding out.
I was told I'd be refunded for shipping and that my order would arrive soon and it's still not here. Very upsetting as this was a halloween decoration
Ordered two jerseys, both said they'd ship in four days. A month later and many back and forth with different customer services I get told one jersey is on backorder and the other is in stock and they'll make sure it ships asap. Needless to say almost two weeks ago by and nothing. Website still says in stock and ships in 4 days. It was easy to cancel my order.
Update- They did reach out and offered me a discount and said one of the jerseys was in stock and they could help get it out faster. I will not be ordering again until they go back to the great store they used to be.
Terrible customer service, lies on when item will ship, lies about refunds. Email says ships on October 9th and it's still processing on October 12th. Sons birthday is ruined! Ordered on October 3rd! Soooooo upset. What do I tell him? Ahhhhhh…. NFLShops sucks! Stay away!

Tried to buy some shirts for game day at the stadium 2 weeks ahead of time. They kept pushing back the shipping date. Now it won't arrive in time. There are plenty of sites that can ship fast. These guys can't. Don't waste your time.
Alot of people said the shiping isnt great the quailty isnt good the shiping is not the greatful but it was in less a month from the US to the middle east (israel) which is great for israel i dont know about rest of the world quailty isnt like high end clothes like tommy or armani but very good quailty the very good before you order check you size chart this is must cuz its a little smaller then nike size chat i really liked it (a little tip wait to 25% cuz it happed every week)

I ordered a jersey for my sons birthday on 8/24 with an ETA shipment date of 9/24. Ok, I get it. Jerseys are in high demand. Then came 9/24, no jersey, no shipment, no communication. Then it was pushed out to 10/3 in which I patiently waited, waited, waited. NOTHING! Still says 10/3. No update again, no communication and charged me month plus ago. Season is already 1/4 the way through.
