Ordered a hoodie on November 27 for a Christmas gift. Website said guaranteed delivery by x-mas as well as standard 3-5 business days. On Dec 5 got an email that said expected delivery on Jan 8. According to the website there is no way to cancel the order (apparently you can only do that with certain items) so I guess I have to wait until it arrives and return it. That doesn't seem very efficient or "green" shipping something across country 2x. Very disappointing. Loved the hoodie itself but not my team so have to return it. Guess I have to find a new gift…
I ordered a jacket, it didn't fit so sent it back and instead getting refund back on original card like they said they gave me a e-gift card for a lesser amount such a scam I'm so mad I'll never shop with them again;-(
I recently had an experience with the NFL Shop during their Manic Monday promotion. Unfortunately, the information displayed regarding item prices turned out to be inaccurate. Despite showing products with a 25% discount, these discounts disappeared once added to the cart, reverting to the standard cost.

The shirt I ordered came in the standard plastic ( not see thru) bag. It was folded over and sealed. I cut just at the seal line and felt the blade hit something other than plastic. Sure enough the shirt was caught there and I cut into it. Beware- the shirts are not inside a clear bag. They are just shoved into the mailing pouch.
I ordered a product on 11/23. It was supposed to have 3-7 day shipping. Here we are 9 days later and my items haven't shipped. When I look into it on the website it shows estimated delivery 12/15. What about that is 3-7 days? It better be here before Christmas or I'm disputing the charge with my vredit card company. Hell I may do that anyways. Don't buy from them. Their integrity is as bad as the actual NFL and the quality has gone way downhill over the past few years.
I was charged a $19 refund. Sweatshirt was mis shaped so after paying to return it they charged me $19 extra? DO NOT order from this company. I'm shocked with all these reviews that I found too late… I'm shocked the credit card companies allow them to do business

Horrific all around. Ordered my dads Christmas gift early I keep checking the order status randomly one day it says it was delivered. It wasn't. And now it's out of stock and they absolutely won't do anything to help me with it. I am so disappointed in this type of service especially when I paid $100 for a hoodie I would've thought they would help me get another on the way cause it's a GIFT? But no they say it's out of stock and just are going to give me my money back? I wanted the HOODDIE! Terrible

The shirt fit ok but, the sleeves were 8' to long. Their sizes are twice the size of any shirts I have ever ordered or bought.
Returns, they send a bar code for ups, it isn't for ups. You have to print out the label and take it to the USPS. The bar code doesn't work at UPS or USPS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM NFLSHOP!

Signed up about a month ago to take advantage of the 20% code they send new members. They sent me an email claiming I had 20% off my first order but the link was broken and no code was provided. I reached out to customer service who recommended I place an order and then she would discount it after the fact. No thanks. Today, the website claims they are doing Black Friday deals and several of the hoodies I was interested appeared to be on sale, only when you add the items to your cart, the sale price is not reflected. Reached out to customer service again and they refuse to address my problem. The problem isn't with just one item, it's several items.

Ordered a Hoodie on Oct.22nd, site literally says ships No later than Nov 10th. Today 16th, nothing. Estimated Date. Nov 21st... Its super embarrassing that NFL shop can not ship my Salute to Service merchandise on Salute to Service month.
I am 100 percent positive that it will take longer than Estimated Delivery date. Also, 100 percent positive, I will never order from them again.
You order something and they will send you something else.When you call customer service them they will say the item or the size out of stock and if you want to another size return the order and re-order from website again. What a pathetic way of doing business. They just shove unsold items to your throat
Ordered a salute to service hoodie for my spouse. Ordered on 1 Oct 23. Said it would ship on 27 Oct. Which I thought seemed delayed/long. Then on 26 Oct I received an email saying it wouldn't ship until17 Nov. Something about the popularity of that item. Said nothing about that when I first ordered. Now the expected delivery date is 28 Nov. Almost 2 months after I ordered? Really? They say they care about customer service but they really don't. I have been reading the same negative feedback from 2019, if they truly cared they would have fixed this. What they are good at is emailing me. I have received 104 emails from them since 1 Oct pushing their supposed sales, etc.
I ordered a hat on Monday the 6th of Nov. And chose 3 day shipping because its a birthday gift. The order didn't arrive until Friday the 10th. I want a refund for the 3 day shipping that you advertised.

The Jerseys are extremely cheaply made and overpriced like crazy. You are better off buying knockoffs which not only cost much less but are wayy better quality. All numbers and lettering were heat pressed which will fall apart very quick and looks incredibly cheap and it was $125, yet if you want actual stitched they want you to pay over $300. This has been an ongoing problem with the NFL showing they do not care about the fans, they just care about the money. And they have a monopoly so they will get the money no matter how poorly they treat fans.

After contacting them they said it was out of stock.i ask to cancel the order and they said they cant!. Placed order for a Cancer Patient for a Critical Catch Hoodie on 9/17. Estimated ship date 10/10. On 10/10 Estimated Ship Date now 10/31. Updated information to receive text messages on any information relating to the order. On 10/31 new ship date is 11/21. I call customer service who then has an employee CANCEL my order without my approval and hung up on me. I call back and actually stay on hold 1 hour to speak to supervisor who said nothing can be done. The employee that cancelled the order will get spoken to. Ridiculous disappointment and to think they say they support Cancer. A DISGRACE..
