I joined Next Medical a couple weeks ago. I've been waiting for an update and didn't want to have to call and be on hold etc. I sent an email and within 20 minutes, JM contacted me via text message and spent 30 minutes answering my questions and solving my problems. It's great to be able to have such a convenient medical service with access to someone all the time. Thank you JM and Next Medical!
Alvin was amazing, he resolved my issue with ease. I've called them in the past regarding my account and some reps seem like they're on autopilot, which annoys me greatly but he was surprisingly not just helpful but personable. Thanks again.
Overall Nextmed is pretty good, I've had no issues so far.
Very responsive at time of enrollment. Then how quickly, Sideways is an understatement, that service becomes non existent. They Cancel appointments and charge you no show fee. Good luck contacting support. No response to pharmacy requests, and can't get payments stopped as website continues to only allow acces to schedule an appointment. Expensive and frustrating lesson learned.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Palumbo through nextmed.com, and I must say, my experience thus far (3 months in) has been exceptional. Not only was Dr. Palumbo prompt in refilling my medication, but the staff (shout out to JM)at nextmed.com have been incredibly friendly and professional throughout this journey.
From the moment I submit refill requests, I always receive prompt and timely updates from the staff and doctor (usually within a few hours).
In addition to Dr. Palumbo's promptness, the staff at nextmed.com are exceptional. I always feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. It is clear that they care about providing top-notch customer service.
Overall, I can't recommend nextmed.com enough. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform to get medical advice and medication refills, the nextmed.com is definitely worth checking out.

After they called in the medicine they never reached out to me again even though I attempted to talk to them several times because my insurance rejected the medication but I could never get any help from them. Good luck ever speaking or getting help from them.
I have been with Next medical for many months and am now down nearly 30 pounds. The doctors are supportive, and the staff is extremely responsive. Alvin even called me today to ensure I received my medication and to proactively set up my next zoom call with the Doctor. This has been such a great experience and has been the easiest weight loss journey of my life. I am very close to my goal and am thrilled.
I ran into a technical issue on the application while requesting a refill. Their support member, JM, was able to get back to me within an hour and get everything rectified. It was a fantastic experience- all of my interactions with nextmed staff have been great.
You need to be a little bit of a squeaky wheel but I had ozempic and Zolfran within 1 week. I just called every two days til my pharmacy had the order. Don't wait-call them. Get the right person like Lorraine.
Everyone is super attentive and professional. Concerns are taken seriously and appointments are booked efficiently. Medication sometimes runs out but is National shortage not really their fault.overall great service.

I signed up on 11/5/2022. I attempted to make my appointment and tried to get the information for lab work. That was impossible. Emailed customer service several times. Never got back to me. I requested a cancellation. They ignored my request. They charged my account almost $300.00. I received nothing for it. They are ridiculously expensive for nothing. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
The whole experience was super long, but to be fair I started this the second week of December. Trina, from Customer Service, was amazing though. She was super communicative, would call, text, or email me with updates! My pharmacy had a back order so Trina suggested I find other pharmacies. Once we did the the new pharm put my wrong insurance number in, but Trina was a warrior. She really helped me figure everything out and super excited to start my journey!
Just getting started (haven't even started the meds) but the customer service is excellent. Trina has been very helpful and answered all of my questions. Look forward to starting the program in earnest and feel comfortable that I'll have a resource to assist me along the way.
I have been charged 3 months and have nothing but nausea medicine. I can't get a clear answer del then why the medicine has not been called in. I get the run around. Also, they gave me incorrect times die the doctor visit 2x. This place is horrible! I will be requesting a full refund. I even had to pay $125 for my labs! My insurance is amazing so I'm unsure why I'm having to pay out of pocket so much.
Lyra was very helpful locating the duplicate charges made to my card over a 2 month period. She credited me immediately and ensured duplicate charges would not happen again. She was very professional and pleasant.
Please don't use this company. First month was ok…next month was a disaster! Save your self & don't get scammed! They charge you & no medication. I've been out for 3 weeks & can't get any help. Very disappointed :(
It seemed to be slow starting but once Rena wad involvement the meds were at the pharmacy the next day. She even followed up to make sure the prescription had been filled and text me to let me know. She was very pleasant to work with.

They sent me for analysis and always had something to tell me to slow down the process. They told me that in addition to the product, they would charge me a monthly fee.
The month that I was in communication with them, they charged me the monthly payment of 188 without having sent me the product, just for being in communication via email with them. I immediately complained about it because it is not fair that I am paying a monthly fee without the process starting correctly. They did not answer me but my bank returned my money.
Then they contacted me to tell me that they were sorry about the case, and that we could finish the process. I told him that I was not interested and that they remove the automatic payment from their system.
They told me they would and they never did. They charge me that amount monthly. Fortunately, the bank refunds my money, but I have to call the bank every month for this. I'm fed up. This is a $#*!ing scam.
Since I joined next med I have issues getting my prescription and they take the payment from your bank account and they still sending you bills that you owe them and if you try to communicate with them is going to only by email and you have to explain over and over because you don't have a specific person that can help you with your process or questions that you have. I have problems since March 17 and they do nothing.
