I have had a very good experience with nextmed. I started 8 months ago and have already lost 38 pound. I was able to do almost everything from my home either online or by phone. My prescription shows up through mail and I do my follow up appointments through a web meeting. I am very happy with the service I receive.
I have had very poor communication with your program until I was finally able to speak to an actual person. JM was able to reassure me for now. JM answered my questions and helped me go forward with the Lab process. I will hold off on five stars until I see how things go but JMdid make me more at ease. Thank you, MRB
Kerby was fantastic. They looked for a pharmacy near me that had the prescription I needed. Then they called and emailed be back to let me know and provided the address and how to get the prescription transferred. It really took the stress out of not being able to find my prescription.

I did this for two months with no problems. When I canceled, they charged me another month. I then called and complained and they said they would give me that month and then I was charged for another month. I then got an email informing me that my appointment was being canceled and then got another email telling me that my subscription was canceled due to my insurance not covering my appointment. The problem is that I paid for that appointment out of pocket. So almost $300 wasted. Don't waste your time. There are too many options to choose such a terrible one

I originally gave a great rating but this business is unresponsive and not dependable. I would not trust them with my health again. I was begged to leave a review early on in the program. Soon after leaving it, it became harder and harder to reach anyone. After my 6 months and the program was suppose to end my account continued to be drafted. It has been impossible to reach anyone. After weeks of waiting for a response to a email I sent asking for a refund I received one saying I would get a refund. After reaching back out to them because I never received the refund I received an email saying I don't have an account with them. They erased my account and now it's like I never had one. Just steer clear from them.
Job Theodore notified me by text, email and phone regarding an appointment that needed to be rescheduled. He was very efficient and helpful scheduling a new appointment and when that one was canceled a few minutes later, I was able to reach out to him to schedule another appointment. He responded promptly to any questions I had. He is an excellent customer service representative.
I was having issues getting information regarding my prio authorization and Alex G was so helpful! Not only did he help me with what I was calling for he also followed up with me the next day on a billing issue. He did a fantastic job! Thank you Alex!

This company is a scam. I would give it 0 stars but that option isn't available. They give you the initial appt and you speak to someone, a doctor or nurse. But once that appt is over you will have no more contact with them. The medication was prescribed but when the insurance denies they continue to charge you monthly. If you cancel, you get charged for 2 months. However, you can't speak to anyone because there is no chat feature, no email feature and the phone number puts you in a loop on hold. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!
The communication is terrible. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I live in CA and was getting medication through a compounding pharmacy. All of a sudden I was told the owner of the pharmacy died and they are no longer shipping this medication, it sounded odd. So I haven't had meds for nearly 2 months. Today I read in the Washington Post that the FDA shut down this semaglutide pharmacy. I emailed Next Med about this and their response was "we cannot talk about this at it is highly confidential information" (it absolutely is not) and then they asked where I got this, after I sent them the Washington Post article, with "Washington Post" clearly visible.
COMPLETE rip off, DO NOT waste your money. Wish I read reviews here first before I joined but here is my experience.
Quick to take money from credit card and then provide little to nothing. NO phone number or customer service to call and complete fabrication of their services. First they sent me an email my prescription will be fulfilled shortly and will be able to pick and then no communication nor email prescription ready for pick.
Couple of weeks later, another charge on credit card for their monthly fee and then an email they are in contact with my PA at insurance company for approval. I NEVER gave them ANY information regarding my insurance so this is a lie, and just a 'standard' email they send to nab their greedy fee.
DO NOT waste your time as they will just take your money and deliver on all false promises.

The Nextmed Team provides excellent care for my weight loss journey and helping to manage my A1C. I can email them anytime and get an immediate response. Their website is easy to use and I've never had any issue getting a live person when necessary. Nextmed's Televisits are a very comfortable experience and make it easy to administer care from the convenience of your home or while you are on the go. I have been with Nextmed going on 15 months and I have zero complaints.

This place is a joke! Paid $99 and didn't realize labs were required and it's also a membership so I decided with a different company. Emailed them 15 minutes after my card was charged and about 10 emails back and forth over 5 weeks they STILL haven't refunded me. I just got another charge of $188 yesterday even though I've requested a cancellation of membership and a refund of $99 because I canceled within THIER 24 hour policy.

I was skeptical and not losing weight while working out. I didn't know nor understand the key I was missing. Having done Atkins for a few months, I just simply wasn't losing weight. I saw a commercial on Fox News and decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, it was really easy and works. I quickly found that my issue was "Caloric Intake". After the first dose, my appetite was suppressed. I was able to do intermittent fasting with no issues, no hunger, and the pounds started to drop off. I had zero side effects, felt great and the more weight that I lose the better I feel and the more energy I have. I hope this helps someone on the fence, checking the program out.

I am just starting my journey with Next Med. So far my experience has been great. Dr. Mariam Hasan was amazing in explaining what Ozempic could do for me. Gave me all the information to start my weight loss journey. Jeannine has been in constant communication with me with regards to my prescription, she has gone above and beyond. She has texted and emailed to give me updates. I would definitely recommend NEXTMED. I will give an update on my weight loss.
They take money out of your account and d9nt give you no service. You can't call anyone. You can only talk through email and they don't respond to your email when you have a complaint. They are a complete scam. I don't recommend no one to use them. Complete fraud company.

Since starting with NextMed in February. I have lost 20lbs. The company and doctors have been very helpful with any questions I have had. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Palumbo and Dr Marc Serota. Thank you JM as well for all your assistance
The first few months were easy to get script- now it is a nightmare of making zoom dr appt and sitting for hours for no dr to show up. They keep saying you need a dr appt then when you get appt which is very difficult then the dr does not show up. Scam company.
I was having difficulty completing the online questionnaire prior to my next virtual visit, despite many attempts. (I suspect a glitch with my phone…) I was contacted by phone, as I requested, and the customer service rep helped me complete the questionnaire right there on the spot. SO HELPFUL!
