There had been a medication backorder delay at CVS. I patiently waited, and based on CVS feedback, decided not to call around to other pharmacy's.
After a few weeks I reached out to the NextMed team and within a couple hours they located a pharmacy who had stock. I was so grateful and impressed they went out of their way to support. Thank you Kae!
I joined a month ago and I am currently trying to cancel. Here are all the issues so far:
-Could not enter the promo code that was offered on the site
-All the data I entered had been changed/removed multiple times, so I have to continuously update it or email it to someone
-All of the dr appointments have been canceled, so I haven't talked to anyone yet
-There is no way to call or chat with them (the number doesn't work).
- They do not reply to all the questions through email
-I've not received any medication after paying for a month
- No one has spoken to me at all
I'm currently trying to cancel my membership because I'm 95% sure it's a complete scam.
Do not do a review before receiving your medication for a few months. I am pre diabetic and overweight even though my insurance pays for my medication they want to stop that to pay for medication that is not covered. I have also been in the nursing field 27 years and this is absurd I have even talk with my regular doctor about my ozempic smdh! I can't wait until Monday!
Customer service has been great at Next Med. They always respond to my concerns in a timely manner. They are always pleasant and want to help. I have had several cancelations with my providers and delays in getting my medication. But the Next Med staff has always reaponded quickly. Always apologize for the inconvenience and have credited my account when services were delayed. I have recommended next med to several friends and I hope to continue working with them in the future.

Had an appointment 3/23 was told I would get meds in 3-4 business days. Still haven't received them. They charged me the monthly fee and then again when I cancelled. I will be getting the attorney general involved DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Would be zero stars if I could leave that review!

So many frustrating issues. I specifically signed up because they took my insurance but they dropped it by my second appt. I paused to search for options and they charged me five days after I got the confirmation of the pause.
Sequence is a life saver and got me approved, I have my Wegovy in the fridge already.
Now NextMed is trying to charge an early cancelation fee. If you have no other option but compounding or your insurance covers them, they may be ok, but I'm frustrated with the screw ups and the predatory tactics like an early cancel fee. I also had a vial show up totally uncooled unlike the first vial.
I was working with Rena to get my prescription refilled. It was a bit difficult but Dr Ridley Greene worked it all out. Rena followed up with my pharmacy and now my prescription is ready for sure for me to pick it up today. Thank you so much NEXTMED and your awesome staff!

The staff does their best to keep up with Cust demands. The problem lies with insurance companies as they do not respond back to NextMed in a timely manner. Also, call your pharmacy in advance & ask them which medications are on back order BEFORE NextMed has their physician to prescribe med.

I signed up for the anti-aging program. They sent me forms for weight loss and never provided the antiaging intake forms. They never responded to my numerous inquiries as to why nothing was happening for close to 2 months. They kept charging me. Never spoke to a doctor or any other medical professional even though they said I would. They sent me a message that I could get the medication for weightloss immediately from them or wait for my insurance company to approve. They know nothing about me and are prescribing the wrong serious medication for a different ailment that I don't have and they have done so without a consultation with a medical professional. These guys are dangerous. Semiglutide is generic for the injectible diabetes and weightloss medication which must be prescribed. I wasn't even on a weight loss program.

As of now, everything has been easy and the staff have been helpful especially Jeannine who has been the person I have communicated with about my appointments and follow ups. She answered any questions that I had. Trish Antonie, the Nurse Practitioner that I had my virtual appointment with was very nice and knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I am still in the process of working with them in getting my prescription as I had to get updated labs but everything moves very quickly and they are very responsive. Looking forward to continuing to work with NEXTMED!

I was given the runaround via email and charged twice after cancelling. I finally scheduled a call for a specific day and time and I received a call back. After much dismay, Hazel Olan, a Supervisor, gave me wonderful customer service and issued me my refund from the months that I was charged and should not have been charged. Thank you SO MUCH Hazel!
I've been using NextMed since Nov '22 to enroll in their weight management program. Right after I paid the initial fee, I got my labs scheduled, and within ten days I had my program and my prospection started. After sharing my insurance details and my local pharmacy details, I got my prescription, and I followed up with the doctors. Since then I've noticed weight loss results that were very difficult for me to achieve previously. I've definitely coupled the medication with a healthy food plan and walking 10k steps every day, and I am very happy that I'm getting the results that I'm looking for! Communication was initially a little bit difficult over the portal and email, but then once I got assigned a Customer Support Agent (Nico R), he was a tremendous help with liaising with the doctor and getting my prescription refilled. He is very responsive over text in no time and made my experience way easier. Thanks Nico.
Had a zoom call dec 12,2023 it's now January 3,2024 still not meds, never was called in no help at all keep getting excuse after excuse! Horrible company to do business with. I'm cancelling

Started to look in to Next Medical only to read how much they charge per month and backed out. They harass me weekly trying to get me to check the box to agree to their terms and conditions. I always tell them I am not interested and I would like my information removed from their database. I am constantly getting charged $1 from them. Well this morning it was a whole $137! WITHOUT EVER AGREEING TO THEIR TERMS. Stay away… other providers do business the right way.
My experience with Tine G, was excellent. I had questions about medication and she responded very quickly and also followed up daily to make sure all my answers were completed.
