Every month I sit and wonder what they will mess up with my account now. 5 out of the last 7 months no doctor showed up to my appointment and two of the last 7 months my medication was not shipped. I haven't been able to lose weight because they mess something up so much that I haven't been consistent in using the medication ever. Seeing as how it's the end of the year this will literally be the last month I give them a chance to do things right before I look for a new provider.
The dashboard to schedule an appointment with a provider doesn't work so you have to talk to their call center to get this done and the only thing they're actually good at is reminding you that you have a scheduled appointment with multiple texts, calls, and emails the week before. The problem is, as I stated, you can never be sure if the providers will actually show up to your scheduled appointment.
If you haven't started with them yet I recommend literally choosing any other company you can before dealing with this headache.

I'm a very very ticked off person! I NEVER WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS and I told them to make sure this my membership was canceled 3 months ago and I look at my account today and guess what the took 187.00$ out of my account this morning. Im filing a complaint with BBB, and my bank. Oh when you try to log into the account to correct with customer service they want you to put a CC# in. Forget that…NextMed is a RIPOFF SCAMING COMPANY
Trina did an awesome job contacting me and switching my plan to a more affordable option. She has kept in contact with me through the process, which is greatly appreciated.

I joined Next Medical last year to lose weight. First off - there is no virtual meeting with an MD or any coach You are on your own. The only way to contact customer service is email. You can't speak with a representative unless you leave a nasty review, then, they're all over you. I received prescription refills for Ozempic for 4 months, then, the pharmacy never received the 4th and 5th month for which I had already paid. After I left a scathing review (which I guess they deleted), I was contacted by a supervisor who asked me to remove it. I asked why the refills stopped. His answer was: "We have thousands of patients." Huh? I said I would delete my negative reviews if he could assure me that I would receive refills for the last 2 months. I got the 5th dose and then the scripts stopped again. Basically, I am out $$$ for the last month. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeing if I can find enough unsatisfied individuals to file a class action lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and do a hard pass on this company. I've been so stressed out over this I've gained back the weight I lost over the 4 months I did receive the medication.

Love this service. Joshua C helped me with changing my pharmacy and made sure everything was taken care of. I love that I can message my doctor at anytime and they actually respond.

Well it took almost four weeks to even get the medication in. After calling and emailing daily for even just a tracking number I still never received it. Tina G was helpful in tracking it down.
Although the guy on the phone is very helpful, I'm still unsure about all of this works, so I am very unsure on how to proceed. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but I don't know for sure.
Will take your money and not show up for appointments. Unable to rebook their missed appointments so you then run out of medications. Support staff not helpful and do not help rectify.
I have a borderline A1C and I am menopausal. Losing weight had been very difficult for me. I decided to try Ozembic to see if it would work. The process began with bloodworm at my home and a teleconference with physician. My medication was sent to my pharmacy and was covered and in the 4 months is using the medication? I've lost 20lbs. Nextmed has been extremely professional and efficient with ensuring my medication was delivered to my pharmacy in a timely manner. Whenever I've had questions of any kind, they are fast and responding—no later than a day and often the same day. My service representative Julie L. Has been extremely supportive and helpful whenever I've had questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a very positive experience.
They are scammers and extremely flaky/unresourceful. I bought their "$99 same prescription" weight loss program and then cancelled it about 34 hours later asking for a refund. Well they said that they couldn't process a refund because I had already went to get my labs done and claimed that that was apart of their service? Okay which part? The only thing they did was order the labs, they didn't pay for it my insurance did so the fact that they can't refund me over that is terrible. They should be put under investigation for malpractice as well as health care fraud for phantom billing - charging you for a service that was never received. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE NE WITH A SERVICE! They literally only ordered the labs. Like okay? I PAID FOR THAT WITH MY INSURANCE AND THEN I PAID THE OUT OF POCKET COSTS! Do not trust this company, they are liars and dishonest people, Will scam you and not feel bad about it.

I JOINED NEXTMED.COM IN DECEMBER AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED $138.00 EVERY MONTH AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PRESCRIPTION. I HAVE SPENT OVER 13 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH REPS AND MANAGERS WITH ZERO RESULTS.

Cancelled service back in Dec 2022, they refunded my initial payment of $99. They confirmed my account was closed. However, March 2023 they charged my credit card $138, (UNAUTHORIZED). Scammers! I had to cancel my credit card to be sure they wouldn't charge me again. SCANDOLOUS! BEWARE!
You'll be paying a monthly membership fee of around $130. That neither covers the visit you have every 3 weeks with a nurse practitioner (which costs the same as what you'd have to pay for a doctor's visit) or the prescription (over $250).
Here's how my experience has been so far:
May 9: I meet with the nurse practitioner Nextmed schedules me with. She's 20 minutes late.
May 10: Nextmed schedules me for another appointment because the provider I met with on June 9 was not licensed in my State and cannot even write me a prescription.
I ask if I am going to be charged again for Nextmed's error.
Nextmed says no.
Nextmed charges me again.
They will not take the charges off. Tells me to file a claim with my insurance. I guess I have all the time in the world. The amount I paid for the visit? Wasted.
May 20: I have my second visit with a nurse practitioner licensed in my state.
May 20: Nextmed sends my prescription to Westchester pharmacy.
I tell them Westchester pharmacy is NOT licensed in my state.
May 21: Nextmed says that they made a mistake. They send it to ACA pharmacy on June 20.
June 23: Nextmed says that they send the prescription to ACA pharmacy on June 23.
I ask why they lied to me. No response.
Two months of monthly fees. Two fees for the doctor's visit. Still no prescription. This is how Nextmed makes money.
Joshua was professional and he answered all of my questions and he explained everything in depth and didn't rush me at all. His customer service was great and is a true asset to Next Medical.
