Chris has been the only associate that I have spoken to that could, and did, answer my questions. He took his time and listened to my concerns. As a customer, I truly appreciate that.
It is a huge hassle to get an appointment, you wait forever online for the doctor to come online and then they ask the same silly questions each time. Its a scam but a way to get the meds

I am happy with my experience with this company. I've been on their program for almost a year. They have improved their structure and customer service. I have been pleased with my results.
Layka was very nice and helpful. She listen to my concern about getting my meds on time next month. There was a glitch in your system and she called me back as promised when my drug was ordered.
This company is a total mess. There is no communication. Went through 3 NPs and 2 MDs. There is no continuity and no one seems to know what is going on.
Never provided any services, tried canceling on web form, got confirmation someone called me, they confirmed a refund and cancelation never happened,
Sent 2nd email still no reply
I got an appointment with a nurse practioner right away, but that was the only good thing about the program. The NP showed up 30 minutes late on both occasions and did not turn on his camera. The entire experience was very unprofessional. Next, they sent a prior authorization for Mounjaro which took 1 month. I get that PAs take a while, but not that long. I then scheduled another appointment to "skip the wait" and get a "compounded GLP-1". Again the NP was 30 minutes late, he said "Yeah, we don't advise compounded GLP-1s. They are not FDA approved." Then why have it as an option? Waited another month, asked for Saxenda because my insurance will approve that (for non diabetics). They called and told me the PA did not go through, and that they were going to give me a compounded version for $200 in addition to the $138 membership. This was after I had an NP from their company tell me compounded GLP-1s are not safe! At that point, I decided to just cancel the subscription and pay the $138 cancellation fee. I spent over $300 for nothing. Avoid this company like the plague unless you just like giving your money away for nothing!
Do not contact NextMed for GLP-1 weightloss Rx. NextMed doesn't answer questions, will not get the medical authorization from your medical insurance provider though they claim they will, and though they provide no services, they will charge your credit card $188 a month and will refuse to cancel. They don't even try to get approval from the health insurance. Even if you don't start any treatment YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED! VERY UNETHICAL MEDICAL PRACTICE. See the Better Business Bureau. All the ratings posted on the BBB are F's!
My spouse and I both joined NextMed in November. The Ozempic works fantastic. I have lost 44 lbs and my spouse lost 19. She didn't have as much to lose. First, they take your payment out right away. Then you keep logging in and checking for bloodwork orders. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Took a few weeks for that, then 3 more for prescriptions. When we finally got started, the results were amazing. The appetite suppression began right away as did weightloss. Well, then time for refills. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Finally get them. Stay on track with continued loss. We ambled along with their crappy service because of the results. Then this last time we go onto the site and request refills. Went back and forth with emails. Today, they say they are out of network and won't be able to get refills. They do have a compounded GLP that will cost 10x more than our insurance price! We canceled! Don't go with NextMed! But do get on the injections! They are the best weightloss drug we have ever used! And we have used them all! Use your doctor or a REPUTABLE service provider!
Charged me month after month with NO Treatment! They have horrible customer service and it's a complete scam.
My doctor appointment today was amazing. On time, professional and very encouraging. Marinel E was very helpful and sent bloodwork order over quickly.
