The rep was responsive, actually followed up and resolved the matter quickly! He sent me an email right after as promised

I have a been a little concerned about next med after seeing some reviews. I finally saw some traction when a med was declined by my insurance and next med perscribed me another one. Unfortunately, that medication wasn't going to work out for me as it was a daily shot. I reached out to next med and asked to swing in pre approval for another medication. They said that they did this. A couple of days after this request I received a letter from my insurance that medication #1 was denied (which I already knew) but that medication #3 would be approved. I quickly reached out to next med because this was the medication that I requested. JM reached out to me and called me and made sure I was able to continue speaking to her. During this call I found out that medication #3 was never submitted for preapproval which was very disappointing. Especially after I have already paid for 2 months with still no meds. JM was able to submit the preapproval request with me on the phone and quickly got a pre authorization. She then relayed this information to the doctor to be able to send in my prescription. I hope that with JM & David I will soon get my medication so I can start my weight loss journey.
They will prescribe you the wrong medication, charge your credit card without your knowledge and refuse to issue refunds. They take ZERO accountability for it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I started my profile and once I realized they couldn't help my situation (within a matter of 24hrs). Fast forward 5 months later they charged my acct for $188!

Horrible customer service. You cannot get an appointment. They kept canceling mine 5 times. Then wanted to charge me an early termination fee.
Dont add your banking information to this company! Even after canceling subscription they are still trying to deduct from my account. BEWARE!
Monthly they charge me $200 and I only had ONE pen, one prescription. Can't get anyone to talk to me and their phone number doesn't work. Stay away.

Check the better business bureau reviews - this is a scam that will charge you hundreds of dollars for the free trial and will not stop charging you

Very prompt and excellent with sending in prescriptions, dealing with pharmacies etc. Appreciate the support.
Never received any service.i was told told they would refund me never saw anything, now they just took 188.00 out of my account. Run don't walk!
Very shortly after sending my email to request for a refill, I received a call and my appointment was scheduled.
Rena is always very helpful and responsive. She always gets back to me right away and solves any issues quickly.
My experience has been good so far. My prescriptions have arrived in a timely manner and everyone I've talked to has been very helpful
