I joined in April and was able to get an appointment immediately, that would be the first and last time my service was delivered without issue. First, the provider promised my medications would be delivered within two days. My medication wouldn't arrive for two weeks and the customer service center informed me the two day wasn't true. Next, the link for my blood work wouldn't work and never has updated with the labs I had done in April (it is now June). Then, I set up an appointment with the call center for which the provider was a no show. When I called to report the issue and reschedule their system promptly canceled me new appointment. I had to call back and schedule it again, this is important because I've since had an appointment for which they don't have record. The call center first stated they would reach out to the provider for the information concerning my appointment, but has since back tracked and suggested I scheduled ANOTHER appointment. I was promised my second round of medications in May and have yet to receive them. Adding insult to injury, when I called to follow up with why I haven't received any medication they have no record of my first round of medications. Where is the tracking system? Why wouldn't they know that I've received one shipment? Why wouldn't there be something in place to trigger follow up with a paying member who isn't receiving their monthly deliveries? Why wouldn't they have called me sooner if they don't have vital records like bloodwork or appointment notes? It seems as though the ball was dropped across the board and there is no accountability on their behalf.
Finally, when their customer service center reached out to me upon my cancellation request I explained my position. The agent promptly told me the matter was being handled in a different email thread and asked me not to email them back using the thread that THEY had initiated. Quality control much? What is going on over there?
