Called alot doctor prescribed meds to pharmacy on Jan 11th canceled service on Feb 11th & still no refund $480 due to me and just get a run around they can take you money in seconds but can't refund 🤔 don't use this company use a better company or go local like I'm doing now
Overall and amazing service. There were some hiccups along the way with Rx confusion, but that was quickly resolved. Grace M. Did a wonderful job ensuring I was cared for from beginning to end. She even called to ensure I picked up my medication! 100% recommend this service

The customer service people are very nice. My only complaint is that to speak with someone you must first email then they call you. For me often I can't answer if I'm teaching or driving etc. if there was a way to directly connect with them it would be great.
Not only did the Next Medical fail to deliver on its promises, but it also left me with nothing but a hole in my pocket. The lack of support and poor customer service only added insult to injury. It became increasingly evident that the company's sole purpose was to deceive unsuspecting individuals like myself and profit from their desperation.

I have had 2 previous semaglutide scripts sent from them. Both times were a nightmare but nothing compared to this 3rd time. Apparently they switched the main pharmacy they use and now no one can tell me where my new script is that I paid $210 for is or when it will be here. I have been out for almost a month and have gotten a new customer service representative every single time I send a new message or email. This place is full of clowns, it's a circus and no one knows what they are doing. This is the last time I will be using this scam, I mean company. Also if you Google their scams...their before and after photos aren't real clients. This company and its employees are straight trash.
This review is strictly for the rep who helped me today (JM) was very helpful in finally getting my prescription refilled after no response from cs for a week. Refills are impossible to receive via the website and cs has been consistently hard to get in touch with.
JM was very prompt, respectful and friendly in answering my questions about my prescription. She made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence that she will be able to process things smoothly. I appreciate the high level of customer I've received.
The customer service I've received has been amazing! Alex M worked hard to get my prescription sent to the doctor, and has even reached out to make sure I got it. Also keeping up when I need refills. Just a great experience all around!

I attempted to join this program in October of 2022. It is now February 2023 and I have never spoken with a provider but the company charges my card $188 every month for a worthless membership. I submitted a cancellation request in November 2022 due to a lack of communication and they don't give a S#!+. They just keep charging my card.
Signed up online in November 22, didn't hear back from anyone until late December 22 when they told me they didn't have me in the system, yet they managed to deduct the monthly payment from my account. Terrible turnaround on customer service (only contact is through email/no telephone number available) and customer service deliberately does not answer my questions. 0/0 don't recommend! Stay away from this place!

Worst company do not use them. This is the first time I have ever written a review but I'm livid. I did lab work in October. Didn't hear from them til November. I wanted weight loss medication and received anti nausea medication only. I have been charged $188 dollars per month every month and they will not stop charging my account. I have been arguing with them since December and still no resolve. I'm pisses they are stealing money. Never use them!

I joined but then decided to back out because they wanted me to get needless labs from a place 3 hours away. I tried to cancel but the cancellation process is cumbersome. I'm still getting billed and having a hard time cancelling.

This business is horrendous when it comes to billing and IT. I have nothing but problems since November 2022 when I joined and later following companies policy submitted notice to stop service but they have been taking money from my account to the point that it has cost me money that I have never gotten back.
It has been blamed on computer error. A customer service representative supervisor told me that there would be no more money taken from my bank and guess what more money was taken. This business is terrible for customer service
They charge me for 3 months and I never got any medication or service. I had to constantly follow up to be told that they hadnt done the next step in the process but bow that Ive called they would. This is a complete scam
I think I've been on every diet known to man. But I have found success with Next Med. I try to keep my carbs low and this is really seems to work. I started out at 210 and I'm now 155. I'm very happy with the help that these medication's have given me. The people I've worked are very supportive and helpful. They are only a phone call or email away. They are quick to respond. I'm thankful I found them.

I thought I checked the reviews for nextmed before I ordered with them but apparently not. It took them several days to answer any of my questions, be able to login, get labs sent to Quest, etc. I became weary when I tried to phone them and no phone number was available to contact them. Please don't be dumb and naive like me and give random company all your info!

I am very happy with my experience with this company. They do what they promise to do and the prices are reasonable. They have excellent customer service, and I'd like to highlight Girlie in particular, who has been amazing! She has helped me navigate the process since the beginning, and made everything so easy! I also very much appreciate Dr. Ryan Kelm, an awesome provider. I highly recommend this company, and I'm so glad they exist!
I've been working with JM for a week on various challenges with obtaining a refill of my medication. My insurance changed administrators and we had a couple of other issues that she has helped me with. She's been friendly, professional, forthcoming, responsive and continued to follow up with me daily. I am more than pleased with her service and the solutions she was able to put into place for me.?

I joined Next Medical a couple weeks ago. I've been waiting for an update and didn't want to have to call and be on hold etc. I sent an email and within 20 minutes, JM contacted me via text message and spent 30 minutes answering my questions and solving my problems. It's great to be able to have such a convenient medical service with access to someone all the time. Thank you JM and Next Medical!
