Been using Nextiva for over three years. Service is excellent and we've had no issues. I have been instrumental in six other companies switching to Nextiva. Call sound is good from the office phone and cell phone. It has all the bells and whistles needed to make the system work for our company. It was the best business tech decision we've made was switching to Nextiva.

Works as expected!

Works as it should when installed correctly. IPhone app rocks. Other apps are really good for saving time and money. Voicemail to inbox is a must for me because Im always in meetings and cant take calls. It really saves time. Good customer service too! Live chat is helpful and quick.

Very pleased with our phone service. We were having issues with our last provider. There were days where customers could not reach us and this of course is never good for business or fun to deal with. With Nextiva we have not had any issues and feel confident that we made the right choice switching over. We are loving the features that come with our phone service such as the voicemail to email and all of the auto attendant options. The set up process was a breeze.

Best Phone I have used ever.

I love my Nextiva phone system. We now have 2 times as many people in our office and it just makes my job better. Knowing that I can look at my phone and see if anyone is busy or if I can contact them directly. We all have our own private lines and boy it sure is wonderful.

We made a great decision!

With nextiva we have resolved all the problems we were having with our previous vendor. All the inbound calls are getting handled in perfect manner. Outbound calls are flawless. There are 0 complaints about call landing/forwarding/answering or agent unavailability.

Great reliability, plenty features, and excellent support. I've been using Nextiva for almost 3 years, and they have always been great! They are always available to help if we want to make changes to our system, or need questions answered, etc. Nextiva works great for us. It helps us route incoming calls to where they need to go and keep our costs to a minimum.

Beware of their auto-renewals which is hidden in their terms and condition that they don't specify in their contract. If you sign a 12-month contract and don't cancel at the end of the term, it will renew automatically for another 12 months without notifying you. What a rip-off.

This company promised to call me back to try and get my phones operational on numerous occasions. Not once have they actually called back. We are now a business with only 4 operational phones and 5 that don't work. There seems to be no plan to get us working phones either as everyone tells me they will call back with the answer. My advice if you are stuck with them is to never let them call you back, wait for the answer or you will be stuck in a 30 minute wait to talk to a human once again.

Our service levels have improved and our costs have been reduced. Having a large remote work force is hard to manage. Technology is helping us stay connected and keep an eye on our team and their performance. Nextiva's platform goes a long way to helping us achieve our goals.

Great Tech Support

I have been in customer service and sales for many years and wanted to give some love to David. We had a list of things that we needed addressed and fixed and he was very helpful at explaining everything as well as patient throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable at his position and also very quick with his work.

We've had nothing short of a nightmare experience with Nextiva. They do not resolve issues, instead blame our network (which we upgraded), blame our employee's cell phones (multiple cell phones is too much of a coincidence), they never take responsibility for their terrible product nor actually try to fix it. They instead ignore the issue, or call at 3am then close out the support ticket. We've lost business because we don't receive the calls, then get verbal or emailed complaints because of it. It's so glitchy that when we do happen to receive calls, sometimes we cannot hit the answer button because it won't allow us to answer it despite trying to click the answer button several times. What are we paying for?

Then with the go-live and assurance that all things were going well and configured the way I wanted was second to none. I should also add that my experience post go-live was also exceptional.

While I am not tech savvy, it was only a short whil to get up and running. I made a few calls and the sound clarity is really good - actually an improvement on the old landline with its static problems. It is great for the monthly price and no contract. Would definitely recommend Nextiva!

Excellent call quality and service

Nextiva allows our team of remote workers to function like a single office and that’s really important for the success of a startup like ours. We’re able to divert calls, and call from the office number using the iPhone app, no matter where we’re at. Apart from the amazing functionalities, the price has really helped us save a lot of money every month.

Started working for my Moms company about 3 months ago and one of the first tasks I was given when I started working was finding a VOIP service for our company to use. While I wasnt too excited for this task, I did end up learning quite a bit about the VOIP industry and the different companies and services that exist. I called about 5 different companies, one of which was Nextiva. Out of all of the companies I called Nextiva was the second most affordable and the service package we purchased came with more than enough features. However, it was their customer service that I was most impressed with. They really took care of me and they were not pushy when it came to selling me their service. Since then we have only had good experiences and would recommend them to any type of business. Thanks Nextiva.

I needed to contact this company to get a better understanding of how the service worked and how to properly access it. I spoke with Sales, as well as Tech Support, and was provided with all the information I needed to access the web portal, as well as assistance with identifying our accounts and performing some password resets. I now have a much better understanding of the service and was able to set up several of our company's employees with the web portal access to send and receive faxes!

It just works
