Beware of their auto-renewals which is hidden in their terms and condition that they don't specify in their contract. If you sign a 12-month contract and don't cancel at the end of the term, it will renew automatically for another 12 months without notifying you. What a rip-off.

I had Nextiva VOIP services. The entire experience was awful. I have never written a bad review...
