We have been using Nextiva for a while now, and it's been a great experience overall. The user interface is user-friendly, and the admin portal for setting adjustments is easy to navigate. I appreciate the ability to make various changes with ease. The support team is available through chat, email, online portal access with quick videos, or by phone, however, they can be slow to respond at times. Nextiva's affordability and scalability make it an excellent choice for businesses looking for a reliable communication solution.
This system is incredibly frustrating – it's broken down over three times in the past six days. When we call, it takes them over an hour to answer. Interestingly, new customers get a response within a minute. The management seems neglectful towards existing customers. Despite assurances, the issues persist, wasting time with no resolution. Working with this company has been the worst experience, and I wish I could give them a -100 star review. Unfortunately, that's not possible.
Nextiva has been our number one choice when it comes to choosing a VoIP service provider. Not only do they provide us with great experiences using their phone service, but also include other things which our company uses on a daily basis such as their Call Center Infrastructure Software service. The support they give is top notch, and I would definitely recommend them for people looking for these types of services.

We have a team of 17 advisors that uses Nextiva and it has worked out exceptionally for us. I have used several other phone systems and Nextiva has by far had the least down time or problems where we cannot make/receive calls. It is also extremely easy to use. I also like the fact they are constantly trying to improve and you see new features or updates regularly which means to me they aren't satisfied with just good enough, they want to be better.
I have been a Nextiva customer for about a year and a half now. Having come from a traditional "phone system", the Nextiva system is cheaper, more advanced and easy to use. The APP makes it easy to pick up your office phone, dial out, communicate with others in your office, from anywhere! The desktop app is also great when you don't feel like using your handset. I only wished I made the switch sooner!

Nextiva provides flexibility in multiple ways. Make and receive calls anywhere! Excellent support. Reporting features that provide a detailed overview, as well as let you drill down to focus on the statistics down to the smallest detail. Nextiva is the best tool I have for managing my crew.
