Nextiva is an affordable phone that just works and it is even better when you have a quality broadband internet service. They have many special features that you can activate via the online account panel. Very reasonable pricing and responsive tech help and customer service. Can’t complain!
I have been a Nextiva customer for about a year and a half now. Having come from a traditional "phone system", the Nextiva system is cheaper, more advanced and easy to use. The APP makes it easy to pick up your office phone, dial out, communicate with others in your office, from anywhere! The desktop app is also great when you don't feel like using your handset. I only wished I made the switch sooner!
Having been with Nextiva for a few years now, we only have good things to say. The system is set up with features exactly to our liking. Whenever we contact them with questions, it is answered in a reasonable time frame and with decent answers and suggestions. Great service always!

We have a team of 17 advisors that uses Nextiva and it has worked out exceptionally for us. I have used several other phone systems and Nextiva has by far had the least down time or problems where we cannot make/receive calls. It is also extremely easy to use. I also like the fact they are constantly trying to improve and you see new features or updates regularly which means to me they aren't satisfied with just good enough, they want to be better.
I have loved Nextiva for years. It has lots of options and it is actually very powerful... especially for people who are not scared to learn how to tweak and manage it. You can take an hour to read the forums and learn how to use it right. This kind of system used to be really expensive. I am happy Nextiva is around. Been using a traditional landline telephone until recently but wanted to save some money. Starting level packages have a strong standard feature set, and the optional add-ons are flexible and reasonably priced, making it easier to meet your business needs. Nextiva makes a huge difference in a small business because it helps it look much bigger impression on clients. Tech support or customer service answer quickly and are very helpful. The Nextiva packages work out cheaper than landline phones, but it offers so much more functionality.

Love the service. Never had any problems at all. Its neat that one can add features such as voicemail, caller ID, auto attendant, iPhone apps and better yet, and call anywhere in the world. Best yet - there are no surprises on the bill. Thats very important in todays world.
Compared local Internet providers, Nextiva pricing was better and it works well with our existing phones although (I assume) it should work well with most good quality compatible voip phones. Customer service on Nextiva is helpful and give decent answers to questions. I like Nextiva a lot.

I had Nextiva VOIP services. The entire experience was awful. I have never written a bad review for a company, but my experience with Nextiva has made me want to find every review site imaginable and leave a bad review. It started with the sales person lying to me, then awful experience with their mobile and web apps, to now not being able to port my number away. They are AWFUL.
