I check nextdoor every day to see what some of my neighbors are saying,
Or asking. Nextdoor needs to advertise more to get more members in the local neighborhood

Very helpful. Love that neighbors are sharing what is happening, both the good and the bad. It's like an electronic neighborhood watch. I've also been amazed at how it helps people come together for common interests.

Love getting information about my neighborhood, however I disliked the negativity that comes from some of the members. Funny isn't bad, but harsh blows are discouraging.

On principle, I don't use social media except for Nextdoor.com. It's practical and very useful.

I basically use next door for recommendations it I also think it's good for neighborhood information, ie: Crime reports, items for sale, etc.

I enjoy the recommendation section and also the sale section. I do not like some of the inane posts about suspicious looking cars a d people. I am tired of reading about people should call the police for a car in the neighborhood. I am tired of people trying to be silly! I basically like Nextdoor.

I enjoy the site and find it pretty easy to use. I respect the recommendations if my neighbors and have used services based on their feedback.

I read most of the items on nextdoor, but when two or more people start complaining back and forth it's time they go on facebook of someother worthless social media and hash it out there. I thought this site was to enhance the neighborhood and yes to keep the streets informed of hurtful people. Some people need to upgrade their conversations. (only my point of view).

I enjoy the ability to be informed of happenings in the area. Good or bad, we need a way to communicate with each other. I would prefer fewer ads, but I guess they are necessary.

I love it. A great way to stay connected with network happenings be it garage sales, lost/found pets or crime watch.

I love this app because I not only am in the know with what is going on in my neighborhood but i have also been able to buy and sell some pretty great things.

I like reading the information that Nextdoor provides, because there's plenty of news going on on Our Community and the close cities.

I do like to read the posts on here. It sorta keeps me up to date on what's going on in the area, garage sales, items for sale and news events. My child is grown and out on his own in a different town now, so I wouldn't know about as many things now if it were not for Nextdoor.
With that said, I do wish when people post garage sales and such that when they are over, they would take their posts down.

Next door is easy to use and helpful when there is an urgent message to the community. The layout of information could be updated a bit. Also the search function could be updated, it's hard to find an old entry.

I learn a lot about ways to help solve problems. I love to see people on Nextdoor helping people with lost pets. I like the information our county representative gives us about issues concerning us and our neighborhoods.

I post a funny photo on Monday and Friday in hopes of bringing a laugh or a smile. Without the connectivity of Nextdoor it wouldn't be possible. I get wonderful feedback which makes me feel like I'm part of a big family of neighbors.

Very informative and keeps us up to date with everything going on locally. We use this service every day and have bought and sold many items in the past year. We also get many referrals off the site.

Overall, I feel ND offers a great opportunity for neighborhoods to connect with each other. It offers a wide variety of topics for people to share, who are genuinely interested in community, services, recommendations, and concerns in the area.

I don't know what you're talking about. What "experience"? How can I enter 100 characters when I don't know what this is all about. It appears to be mostly a site about lost dogs and cats.

Pretty good at first but the new format is not as interesting. I am a senior and really don't need many services or items but it was fun checking out what was available to others.
