I ordered 8 tshirts from New York Shirt Company in March 2021. I finally got my order in late June after contacting them twice. One shirt was missing, 1 shirt was correct and 6 shirts were wrong sizes and colors. I contacted them and have been asked to send pictures of them, which I have done 4 times now as they keep asking for them again. Sam, the founder, emails and says they will make it right but they have done nothing except make promises and send me emails to order more shirts. Save yourself the hassle and wasted money and don't order from them!
Why oh why didn't I read the reviews first. I've been waiting since July 16th The 3 shirts that I wanted for special events Labor Day Weekend won't happen. Email after email, lame excuse after lame excuse. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Good luck
This company is so great. I really love to scroll through the T-Shirts and when I find one i Most likely will buy it. This is a great company if your looking for Crazy, humorous, or something that will make you laugh. I am so glad I found this company, all my T-Shirts come from them. People should really try this site out, you won't be disappointed.
I have ordered 5 times since the end of June. I have received my orders in about 2 weeks. They email me if there's a problem with my order. I love there product the colors are vibrant and some of the colors are different types like red I have a few red shirts but the color is not the same I like that. I love the sayings and the prices. I trust this company thank you
Shirts were delivered on time and are of good quality got 7 or 8 of them I kept 3large the rest were Christmas gifts. My shirts are to tight after sometime back and forth they agreed to send me an x-large as I wore one and replaced one so make sure you order the right size
I ordered $50 worth of shirts June 8th 2021. Today is July 19th 2021. I have sent many many correspondences I have sent emails I have tried finding a customer service phone number I've even gone so far as to chatting with the credit card company that paid them in full. Never again. As of today still no shipping when I track it
I have ordered several shirts from this company. They have always arrived in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced too! All of my shirts that I have ordered are very comfy and fit true to size.
If you are submitting a positive review for this company, you are either being paid to do so, you are an employee of this company that their job was threatened if you didn't do so, you are the incredibly embarrassed family of these company owners, or you are certifiably insane.
I ordered 2 shirts in June 2021... I didn't get them until yesterday (Aug 2021)... seriously... Multiple times... I called. No response or apologized... I gmailed and days later they would respond just to say I'm sorry we're short-handed, we're working on it, or sorry for the delay it's because of covid. Wth... See attached pics. They are supposed to be same size... yeahhh the label says they are but they are clearly not, and one shirt was already raveling out on the shoulder when I took it out of the bag they shipped it in. I had planned on buying more shirts but because they took so long I will not be purchasing anything else and neither will anyone else in my family.
I love the shirts, fabric is comfortable softer than I thought it would be. Only thing I haven't had good feelings about is the lack of communication about my order. I did receive an email earlier this week asking if I had Andy questions or received my order. Explaining that due to the pandemic things were going slow. I placed my order 4 maybe 6 weeks ago. I just feel a simple we received your order, we are processing your order, printing your, shipping your order would be great. After all monies were taken out of my account right away.
Please do not buy anything from them you think that is a discount you think that is going to be service better than Etsy but these individuals lie about everything they are very dishonest and very disrespectful and they're holding on to pennies while offering poor customer service you think that they'll just provide positive customer service to get repeat customers but their services be on disrespect and just a bunch of Lies they don't even communicate with you on a timely manner or follow a chain of emails that they keep on sending you is a different person replying every single time go to Walmart go to Target go anywhere you can but please do not shop at this company they need to hopefully go out of business or do something major it's nothing but dishonesty
I ordered 4 T-shirts on September 14 2020. I haven't received the shirts (as of 10/27/20) I've called numerous times only to have them say the tracking information hasn't been uploaded to their system give them 48 hours. Then I call three or four days later to hear the same excuse. So I finally asked for a refund and guess what 24 to 48 hours later no return call from the company And no refund information. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Please help! I had ordered my items back in April. And here it is almost the end of May! These T-shirts are supposed to be graduation gifts. Not only that, but I spent about $160.00 on them. Where are they? I'm home every day. No one has knocked on my door to deliver them to me. So if your showing them delivered it was NOT to my house! Please, resend these items to me or give me my money back. I'm really upset over this.
Bought a shirt in which the stitching came out. I contacted them only to be ignored. After pestering them they finally did they would take care of the problem. They never got back with me! There product is made cheap. Customer service is non-existent! They lie to you!
I have been ordering shirts for sometime now. They are great T-shirts. I enjoy all the different sayings, not for the month I was born. I have only had 1 issue. My order came as the wrong size. They quickly resolved it, by remaking the entire order at no additional charge. The process seems a little slow, but all made to order. The shirts are good quality also and true to size with little to no shrinking. I have at least a dozen shirts from NYShirt Company.
I am deeply disappointed in this company! You run an ONLINE business which means your orders are all shipped out.
That being said I ordered 2 shirts that were never delivered and instead of just shipping me out 2 new shirts ( which would be tax deductible under losses) u want me to pay for half my shirts again.
What lind of business doesnt care about their customers? In a single mother who never buys anything for herself. The one time I do I get screwed because there was a delivery issue. Now I'm out 30 dollars and no t-shirts. How bout u just send me half my money back. In gonna make sure everyone heres about what an awful company you guys are to your paying customers! Awful! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking money and not supplying the goods!.

I've purchased several of their tee shirts, and some were too small, too big and never arrived. I purchased a legging set for a friend out of state and had it shipped to her. She never received it. There's no way to contact customer service and sending an email doesn't work because no one ever responds.
I wish I would've did research before I made my purchase. I ordered in Feb and have yet to get my shirt 2 months later. When I messaged them their response was we've submitted your claim to our claim dept. 2 weeks later still no response. Emailed again same response. Do Not order from this company. Sad I have to give them a 1 star b/c they are definitely a no star company.
I paid in April and needed the shirts for bday in June. I no longer need the shirts my birthday has past. They are giving me excuses that something went wrong w parcel. I just want my refund at this point
When I first saw this company on Facebook I just checked it out and kept scrolling. After reading the reviews I decided to order a shirt. After my first order i was hooked. I was so impressed with the quality of their products that I began to order as often as I could. Would I recommend them to anyone? Definitely.
