The shirt I ordered came promptly which was great. It fits perfectly and the material is very soft. I have washed it already and it came did not shrink or alter in any way. I have since ordered two more from this company and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Order on March 30,2021 $35.51 cleared my bank on April 1,2021 as of May 6,2021 still no product, no tracking number. They say to contact them at *******@newyorkshirtcompany.com, but every link I click on does not allow me to contact them. I will not place another order with this company even if it does exist! This is a scam! I am deleting my account with them, I don't want further contact with scammers! It says I have to select an overall rating, I don't even like giving one star! My OVERALL IS BIG ZERO! All I have as proof of any order is the order
My experience is basically the same as a previous post. I placed my order on December 7, received a "tracking number" on December 10 as waiting to be shipped but my order still has never left shipping! I've made numerous attempts to contact them. Their 24x7 customer service number is BS. They took my money immediately but won't ship my order out!
I ordered 3 shirts almost 3 months ago. I too got the run around from someone named Sam. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I filed a complaint. Now they say they have shipped them. I have a sting feeling that they are going to be crappie shirts. This company is a disgrace to online orders They do not deserve any stars
On August 4th I have paid for shirt. Sam kept saying I would receive it soon. Now on October 4th Sam said hasn't received payment. I sent bank statement that shows New York shirt company received payment on August 4th. Still refusing to ship or refund. I buy alit online. NEVER had this problem.
Sam is the only one who you can talk to.
I ordered two shirts on January 24 and it is now February 18 and still nothing- e- mail said it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the shirts to be received they were fst to take my money but no word on where my shirts are
I've ordered several t-shirts. I also ordered a hoodie. EVERYTHING is of the highest quality. Fits are true to size. Couldn't be happier! I've already got my eye on several other products... including coffee mugs!

I ordered 2 tshirts March 1st week, 2019. Today is May 1st. No sign of the the shirts. After reaching out to cust service on April 20, I recd an apology reg a shipping mix up. On April 22nd I recd an emailing with a UPS tracking number, informing me the pkg has shipped. I checked tracking status today, May 1st and the item was never sent to UPS. It still shows "order ready for UPS". This is a huge scam they are running. I am informing PayPal too about this.
Do Not Buy from this company. They claim their shirts are specially made for you and that is a lie. It took 2 months after I ordered to get it and the quality is worst I have seen. I would never wear this trash. The company website site says they accept returns but will not.

Tried all manners to contact them but my emails come back unsent for invalid email address. Left a voicemail and got an email that their phone has "glitch". Short of taking a day or 2 to go to their place of business (if they even have one), all I can do is try to get my CC company to get rid of the charge. NEVER buy from this company. It's a disgrace.
I ordered three shirts August 20th as if today September 21st they still have not arrived. They sent an email saying they were shipped; but when I click on the tracking number it says they are still waiting for them to be picked up. I can not believe it takes this long to send three shirts. If it dies they need to hire more help. When people write messages like this it knocks business out. But good messages would pay for the added help. I'm tired of waiting. My next step will be your BBB
Don't bother ordering from this company! My first order was 30 days ago, 2nd order was 21 days ago. Keep getting the runaround about shipping mix up and being overloaded wirh orders. Still not shipped but they took my money immediately! SCAM!
The quality of the shirts are great. They will fix any order. Unfortunately once the shirts leave the factory they have no control over it. Covid19 really slowed down. Oh yes I will always order from them.
I have been buying from the New York Shirt Company for almost a year. I have purchased a August Girls Tumbler 20oz. And at least 12 t-shirts and tank tops. I have received them all in a timely manor. They are all exlent quality and the sizes I have purchased are a perfect fit. I have recommended this Company to my friends and family. I would also recommend them to everyone. It is an online Company that has a great reputation for high quality merchandise and making it easy to return your purchase if it is not the right size or what you expected it to be. Thank you very much for being a company we can rely on.
I ordered 5 tshirts for my kids for Christmas. The ad did not say they were women's cut shirts and the size chart did not say it was a Ladies Sizing chart. Below all of this it said Ladies. I did not see that and now they will not return my money or give me different shirts. They have canceled my account
Ordered 2 months ago. Have filed complaints with BBB and Attorney General. Going to also file with post office and looking for one for Internet fraud. Believe shirts are made in Asia as the few who have received their shirts say are short and too small. So they repackage and reship making it look like it is made in the US.
Placed order May 16th and still have not received my order. I keep asking for them to cancel and refund my order and they refuse. Taking legal action.
I have beens seeing things about this company that are just not true. I just received my shirts and I love them and the company. Did it take a little longer to get? Yes but you have to take in that I live in Louisiana and we have had a pandemic this year world wide and then we had 2 direct hits for hurricanes so I don't think waiting a few days longer than normal is bad. I PLACED AN ORDER IN APRIL AND IT FINALLY SHIPPED IN JULY AND I MOVED IN MAY. I ADVISED THEM THAT I MOVED, GAVE THEM MY NEW ADDRESS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP MY ITEMS TO MY NEW ADDRESS... I JUST GOT A NOTIFICATION MY ORDER SHIPPED AND GUESS WHAT THEY SENT IT TO THE SAME ADDRESS I JUST TOLD THEM I MOVED FROM. I EMAILED THEM AND THEY SENT BACK MY TRACKING NUMBER. OBVIOUSLY THEY CANNOT READ EITHER. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!
I ordered a November girl T-shirt in a 5x got a small. They will not exchange or refund. Although they say 100 percent satisfaction. That is a lie. They said they can make me a new one and give me a 30 percent discount. I will have a chunk of money in a cheap t-shirt. Do not order from this company. They have terrible customer service!
