New York Shirt Company

I paid in April and needed the shirts for bday in June. I no longer need the shirts my birthday has past. They are giving me excuses that something went wrong w parcel. I just want my refund at this point

When I first saw this company on Facebook I just checked it out and kept scrolling. After reading the reviews I decided to order a shirt. After my first order i was hooked. I was so impressed with the quality of their products that I began to order as often as I could. Would I recommend them to anyone? Definitely. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping me satisfied.

I ordered three shirts the first part of January... here it is April 1st and all I've gotten is the run around... no shirts! I've e-mailed several times and, I swear, my answer sounds like it's being written by a 5 year old. They even sent, what I assume, is a bogus shipping label to UPS on March 22nd and no more tracking information. They have my money but I don't have their shirts! Starting to think this is a scam!

Yes the t-shirts are very nice and there's a lot of variety but the worst thing about this company is they fail to respond to the people who buy them and it takes so long for them to deliver after it's processed it shouldn't take long I've only ordered two shirts and it's going way over three weeks without him being shipped yet that's pretty bad so if you can't get the merchandise out you should ask people to buy cuz that's your worst thing is getting the product out to the customers. This is the second time I've ordered from you guys actually the Third and you're no better than the first. I valued customer uu

I ordered my shirts around Sept. 23 and received them Nov. 9th. Yes it took some weeks but the shirts I got are great. Sizes fit, quality of the shirts are good and my order was correct. I know people are upset cause their orders aren't coming within 2 weeks and they are taking awhile to get to them. Just have patience. This is a small company and like most businesses they are working hard and trying to get orders out on time. Even though my order took as long as it did I would order from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts from this company and only received 1, when I reached out to them to ask what had happened to my other shirt that I had paid for I was promptly dumped into the "complaint dept" from which I never got a response ( I knew that I wasn't going to so it was no big surprise). Save your money and don't ever buy from this company because you will never get what you paid for and no one there wants to make it right, all they'll do is take your money! 1111

I ordered 14 shirts from this company on 5/13/21 had to reach out to them multiple times on finding out order number and proof of purchase since it wasn't emailed to me. A few days later I got a email saying My order would ship in 2 stages okay fine. The. I got an email saying My full order was shipped. Yesterday 5/24/21 I received my order to open and realized they sent me multiples of 3 shirts I didn't order. Rhere was no packing slip with the order and now trying to track out is a pain how do u guys not have a system to track correct orders received or shipped out and a refund forget about it. I contacted PayPal since I made the payment thru them to get an email back saying they ate forwarding My complaint to the right department for the merchant. Then i got another email from the company saying they will look into it but still nothing.

I love the shirts. I fell in love with them when I first seen them. I ordered one for my daughter and she was sad one day I gave her her shirt and it brought smile to her face. The fit us just right and the material is very soft. I ordered more shirts hoping they come for Christmas. If not that's fine. I will continue to order from you guys. Thank you for wonderful shirts. Next I will get a thermal cup.

This company's shirts are inferior and NOT as advertised. BE AWARE you CAN NOT return any items. They will give you a 50% off next purchase After 1washing in cold water and hung out to dry shirt shrunk at least 2 sizes. I ordered 2 orders on the same day received one a few days later and the other 13 days after that. After seeing how my T-shirts shrunk I knew the order would not fit. I contacted the company and asked how to return package NOT opened too bad you are stuck with their junk. Too bad I can't give them negative stars. That's what they deserve. Let's see if they have the guts to post a negative review.
