Had a death in the family on 3/7/2018, ordered flowers from this place 3/8/2018 over the phone and paid additional for them to be delivered to the families house the same day. I placed my order at 11:30 am, received a confirmation email that morning and was told over the phone that my order would be delivered.
Well, at 4ish the same day, I received another email stating they had to cancel my order and reschedule for 3/9/2018. WT... Really? I called customer service and asked for someone to call me and I never received a call back, so I sent an email demanding a full refund at 7ish that night. Now, I have to look for another floral shop. Thanks for the added stress FlowerShopping! Not cool!
I WISH I had read your reviews before placing my order, it would have saved me a lot of time.
