I am deeply disappointed in this company! You run an ONLINE business which means your orders are all shipped out.
That being said I ordered 2 shirts that were never delivered and instead of just shipping me out 2 new shirts ( which would be tax deductible under losses) u want me to pay for half my shirts again.
What lind of business doesnt care about their customers? In a single mother who never buys anything for herself. The one time I do I get screwed because there was a delivery issue. Now I'm out 30 dollars and no t-shirts. How bout u just send me half my money back. In gonna make sure everyone heres about what an awful company you guys are to your paying customers! Awful! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking money and not supplying the goods!.
I do taxes so i know this is just poor customer service and has nothing to do with money!
