I ordered 8 tshirts from New York Shirt Company in March 2021. I finally got my order in late June after contacting them twice. One shirt was missing, 1 shirt was correct and 6 shirts were wrong sizes and colors. I contacted them and have been asked to send pictures of them, which I have done 4 times now as they keep asking for them again. Sam, the founder, emails and says they will make it right but they have done nothing except make promises and send me emails to order more shirts. Save yourself the hassle and wasted money and don't order from them!
Tip for consumers:
Took almost 4 months to get product. Out of 8 tshirts one missing and 6 incorrect sizes and colors. Make promises to fix it but have done nothing. Don't order from them!
