It took over 50 days for the delivery. I will never buy from newchic. Newchic should close shop and stop annoying the paying customer. Learn from Amazon. You business won't last. That is why I told all my friends not to buy from newchic. Sorry.

I placed 2 orders at the beginning of April. I received 1 order at the end of May but the second order has not been delivered yet. On the order status it shows that the delivery has expired. I've tried to contact them but keep going into an unending loop and cannot get through. Will never order from New Chic ever again!

They sent completely wrong item, I opened a PayPal case because they wouldn't refund me. Telling me to close the case then they'll refund me. They lied about destination also, so took almost a month to get to me. PayPal is dealing with it now. So don't waste your time or money with this shady company. The pictures show the difference…. And they tried to say it's the same.

I ordered a Medium sized Hoodie last January, it arrived middle of April, never in a million years is this a medium size! It would barely fit a child. I went online to apply for a refund and was told that I would have to mail it back to China and pay the shipping charge, so now I am out of pocket for the cost of shipping to me and the cost of returning the item. I do all of my shopping online and I can honestly say that this is without doubt the worse company I have ever had to deal with! I will never use them again.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. Items look nice but they started with very bad transactions, they only want you to pay cash so they reject your credit card as if you had no credit, not good. Company from Hong Kong (China), this use to be a nice place but now it's rotten. I do not need this bad shady business. It says they will take for ever to send items.

I places an order on 4/19/2020 and my credit card was charged almost immediately, I paid for Priority Air Mail. As of today 5/19/2020 I still don't have the products and the tracking shows the packages have not moved. I was told to be patient and give it a few more days. I was told Order number ******* was shipped on 4/22/2020 and Order number ******* was shipped on 5/2/2020. How long does it take Priority Air Mail? My patience is running thin and when I try to track it it looks like it has not left China as nothing has changed on tracking. Please help or refund my credit card.

I placed an order on April 27,2020. It is still "in transit." I have no expectation that it will ever get to me. Pretty website but there is nothing behind it. When complaining to customer service or Live Chat, all they do is apologize. I paid for shipping. Where is the merchandize. Do not do business directly with China. Always go through an American retailer which you can contact if there are problems. I am shocked that there are actually a few positive reviews? Those positive reviews are probably prepared by New Chic employees or New Chic paid for the positive reviews. How can one review merchandize that has never arrived?!

The 24 hour customer service is not available. The shipping information amounts to "we shipped it". I don't know if this is just a scam or pure incompetance, but stay away.

Since global marketing has been an issue, the Chinese created these sites, take orders and then expect you to wait for the making and delivery to you FROM CHINA. You know ships are going to take at least a month to deliver. BUY WISELY AND INFORMED. THIS IS A CHINESE SITE. THAT'S WHY THE FIRST THING I LOOK FOR WHEN GOING ON A SITE IS FOR AN AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. IF IT DOESN'T HAVE ONE, I MOVE ON.

I bought a sweatshirt from you which cost £25,49 with postage and packing, The item was to small and i had bought it as a present, So i got in touch with you and you gave me an address to send it back which i did at the Post Office which cost me £12,50 so i ordered another one which fitted perfect but you never refunded my money on the first sweatshirt i find this very bad policy and am still in the red for £37.99 which i think is very unfair so i wont go on but shall be advising all my friends on Facebook to stay clear of this company as they dont stick to there policys. This company is bogus... they will ship out poor quality products charge you in GBP and expect you to return it to China... then they will not accept the goods from Customs China. Very poor quality service. Try not to go near them
