I placed 2 orders at the beginning of April. I received 1 order at the end of May but the second order has not been delivered yet. On the order status it shows that the delivery has expired. I've tried to contact them but keep going into an unending loop and cannot get through. Will never order from New Chic ever again!

They sent completely wrong item, I opened a PayPal case because they wouldn't refund me. Telling me to close the case then they'll refund me. They lied about destination also, so took almost a month to get to me. PayPal is dealing with it now. So don't waste your time or money with this shady company. The pictures show the difference…. And they tried to say it's the same.

I ordered a Medium sized Hoodie last January, it arrived middle of April, never in a million years is this a medium size! It would barely fit a child. I went online to apply for a refund and was told that I would have to mail it back to China and pay the shipping charge, so now I am out of pocket for the cost of shipping to me and the cost of returning the item. I do all of my shopping online and I can honestly say that this is without doubt the worse company I have ever had to deal with! I will never use them again.

Cat blouse had two manufacturing faults and was polyester fabric and not cotton as advertised, the Scenic T-Shirt was round necked and not V shaped as advertised. Also money came out of my account for another scenic t-shirt which I did not order. NewChic refunded this when they were aware of what had happened.
The advertised items looked interesting and quite unique. However the quality of the materials used was disappointing in reality which is a pity.
My daughter is mad on cats hence the choice of the cat blouse/jacket. I like scenery which is why I chose that type of T-shirt.

I have given my new address. But the purchase was sent to my old address which was used as a default address. I waste £ 45. Never happened with Amazon. Whenever I change my address with Amazon, on the same page it shows the default address as well. You need to change your system

Didn't realise postage and package was so expensive in the UK nor took so long, lesson learned for next time. Obviously the expense of the packaging and the long lead time was because the shoes came from the USA. Worth the wait and even with the packaging costs appear to be excellent value for money, and they look good too. Just be careful when viewing re were the goods are coming from as you will not see the true cost till you actually start to place an order, but you will see the full cost before you actually confirm the order.

Items look nice but they started with very bad transactions, they only want you to pay cash so they reject your credit card as if you had no credit, not good. I places an order on 4/19/2020 and my credit card was charged almost immediately, I paid for Priority Air Mail. As of today 5/19/2020 I still don't have the products and the tracking shows the packages have not moved. I was told to be patient and give it a few more days. I was told Order number ******* was shipped on 4/22/2020 and Order number ******* was shipped on 5/2/2020. How long does it take Priority Air Mail? I made an order, the site indicated that items were available. I made payment and it's been over 2 months still no order confirmation. Every correspondence says items are coming, however still nothing.

I have previously purchased shoes from Socofy which are beautiful, comfortable and I have worn them forever. My latest purchase however is not so good. One pair is crooked, and does not have enough strap to securely attach the shoe. The other pair are passable but I do not think they will become favourites as their predecessors were. Quite disappointed in the drop in quality and finish of these shoes

My grip socks arrived sooner than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. However I received an email saying that my package would be delivered to local distribution center and I'd have to pick it up there. This was annoying, since no mention of this was made at the time of purchase. Despite the email to the contrary, the package was delivered to my address as originally expected.
The grip socks themselves are slightly smaller than I'd hoped, but not too uncomfortable.
The shirt shrunk after the first wash. Terribly bad quality. I can't wear it anymore.

I placed an order on April 27,2020. It is still "in transit." I have no expectation that it will ever get to me. Pretty website but there is nothing behind it. When complaining to customer service or Live Chat, all they do is apologize. I paid for shipping. Where is the merchandize. Do not do business directly with China. Always go through an American retailer which you can contact if there are problems. I am shocked that there are actually a few positive reviews? Those positive reviews are probably prepared by New Chic employees or New Chic paid for the positive reviews. How can one review merchandize that has never arrived?!

Terrible company.
I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.
After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they're refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.
I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.
