I've never really been crazy about NB shoes to begin with but needed a few pairs of burner shoes to train with and had an opportunity to use a gift card up that had been laying around awhile.
The hassle is correcting what is clearly a bug in the website that stole my card balance is no longer worth dealing with for what are otherwise regarded as second tier shoes anyway.

I bought a pair of shoes from new balance last week and I experience the shoes are very comfortable in wearing and you can wear those shoes for a longer period of time also without any itching or pain and most of the amazing thing in this brand is that their shoe looks are very trendy and attractive.
Bought their higher end tennis shoe for playing tennis. Out sole has a six month warrantee. I wear mine out in four months and submitted a customer service request with pictures in March. It is now May and I just got a mssg that they don't have enough pictures and want an explanation. They act as if they will not honor the warrantee that was priced into the shoes. I got much better service at Tennis Warehouse.
During the past few years I purchased two pairs of these sneakers from retail websites. I haven't worn them for a while. About a month ago I put on a pair and went for a walk. I quickly discovered the sole of the sneakers fell apart. It was as if the glue holding the entire bottom quit. I threw them out and tried the second pair. The same thing happened. I've never owned a pair of sneakers before these that was of such poor quality.
New Balance was my go to work shoe for years. I wore a new pair of new balance shoes to work for 3 weeks. No problem. The 4th week these shoes felt like walking on glass, very painful. Store refused to exchange or return.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes as long as I can remember. My last pair lasted me forever and really never tore up. They were the 410v4 ones. After about 12-14 years the soles finally fell apart. My new pair are the 510's and the cushion on it has already worn off. They are not even 2 years old. I am discouraged as I already have feet problems and cannot find too many shoes that are comfortable. I am not sure my replacements shoes will be NB.
Purchase online regularly. This was one of the worst experiences in a long time. The delivery service was really poor despite me paying for delivery. I had to travel 10 miles and was left out of pocket and inconvenienced. The delivery may have been outside NB's control but when i raised this, the customer service dept wasn't bothered. Just said sorry for the inconvenience. I've unsubscribed and won't buy from them again. Nice work New Balance... Not!
I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks ago and they arrived today. To my surprise they sent me someone else's order. After waiting 35 minutes on hold I finally spoke to a person that was seemingly clueless about anything. What I thought was a simple error and could be resolved by refunding my money or overnighting me the correct order they instead made it a burden on me to send photographs and copies of receipts and I was told someone would reach out to me in 5-7 days. I already waiting two weeks for delivery. I asked for an immediate refund. I was told that was not possible and I had to wait.
DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM NEW BALNCE ONLINE. THEY HAVE UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES ( obviously, they shipped me children's shoes) and they have untrained customer service people.
I have since taken this matter up with my credit card company. I have worn NB for 40 yrs. NEVER AGAIN!

I have 2 pairs of 411s, I have been wearing them for over 6 months and can say they are comfortable. I managed to get them at a reduced price, still around £100 though.
I need 4E width shoes, but inexplicably New Balance charge ludicrous inflated prices for all shoes in this width, so guess what I can't and won't pay prices in the £150 to £240 range.
Have had these about 6 months they have only been worm for walking. While the shoe is still in good shape the sole is separating from the shoe. Have had several pairs of NB am very dissatisfied with these.
I went on line to order a pair of New Balance 1080. I saw where they offer a military discount, so just like other site you have to go through IDme. I received a code from IDme, and try to apply it. Well you can figure the rest, no discount these shoes are excluded from promos and discount. So, I search New Balance site to see what shoes are excluded, the list is endless it looks like every pair of tennis shoes were excluded from the promo. Just be honest New Balance you do not offer a military discount. This is a scam..
I have been a New Balance wearer for decades and, normally, sing their praises.
However, I, recently, purchased the Cross Trainer 608 model - as, the 8-series wasn't available at the retail outlet or at the NB online website.
To my utter dismay and the discomfort and pain I've experienced from the model - I encourage everyone to stay away from it.
The discomfort and pain is so bad I had to search for a replacement. It was then, from the specialty athletic shoe store employee I was informed that the "608" - is just a horrible output from NB.
Stay away from this model or, as myself, you may have to see a chiropractor for treatment.
Bought a pair fuelcell the New Balance online store and the outsole started to peel off after 3 months. Called the help line and the lady sent me a ticket so I can send back the shows. She told me that the amount was going to back on to my credit card. New Balance also sent me an email to confirm what she said. That night I was at a New Balance store and decided to buy another pair, thinking my return was going back onto my credit card. The next day I get an email from New Balance and they sent me an e-gift. So a week after, I called New Balance and told me that they can't put the money back onto my credit card because it had been 45 days. I told them that's not the information I was told and sent to me. They said I was misinformed but they weren't going to correct their mistakes. So now I'm stuck with an e-gift from a shoe company that doesn't understand business and nothing to do with anymore.
I've worn new balance for years and always loved them. I decided to buy another pair. They were nothing like the pair I had. Called them and was told that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and to send them back. I paid $ 9.95 postage to get them and $26 to send them back. Needless to say but I would never buy NB again. Sad.
Don't order off New Balance' website, I've ordered the same pair of shoes twice and had to return because they keep sending me the wrong size. I'm trying to order some comfortable walking shoes for vacation. I ordered an 8W and the first time I received a 7.5 in a 8W box and the second time I ordered after receiving my refund, they sent me a size 8 in a 8W box. At this point I'm just annoyed so this time I am not ordering off their website!
Don't purchase anything from New Balance because they are thieves and fraudsters because they just like taking your money without sending the goods and they never refund your money.
I have been wearing New Balance shoes for a long time. I recently purchased two pairs of Frresh Foam 860. The shoes have a square toe. I am no longer able to wear them because every time I do, I fall down. I don't like the square toe; I even have a new pair in the box that I probably won't wear. What a waste of money. The salesperson sold me those shoes because that is all they had.

I saw most people having trouble in the UK and Canada. I thought I was ok to order US, I was wrong. I ordered a $120 pair of shoes. They took my money and it said order confirmed. 5 minutes later my order was canceled. They have my money and cannot give it back. They said they will send me a voucher of the amount they charged, only good for new balance. Then they said, it "should" be there within 7 days. F**K New Balance!
I bought two pair of these, wore them both twice.
They were Great untill they were NOT. They say money back guarantee for 30 days, but must be in same condition as bought. If I wore them then NOT IN SAME CONDITION! Also want Packaging, that got thrown out the day I bought them. By reviews I was told they were great shoe?! I wore The shoes two times. Today when I wore them my feet hurt! First two times of wearing them had great arch support, but not today. Will Not buy again!
