They sent me the wrong items and received the items back and informed me it would be 21 days before I could get my money back $182 and they were rude.
I like sports. I often go in for sports. Your store is super. I often buy sneakers from you. I am glad to have a place for my hobby. I can buy everything from you.
I purchased a pair of New Balance 1540v3 in September 2022, after six months and over $180.00 the sneakers toe curled up to the point they would cause pain when wearing them. I went on line and contacted their customer care representative and they referred me to the store where I purchased them. Well, Well the response I received was not what I expected from a customer focused organization.
First, the representative (Mark McCauslin) with an attitude told me this was a rocker sneaker and there was nothing wrong.
So I asked him to compare this to one they have in stock, he refused.
Then he went on to say that this store was an "independent store" and went on to say there is nothing he can do to resolve this problem.
I believe he was putting his profits over customer satisfaction and if this is how franchises support New Balance. The store I went to was New Balance Store at 315 N. Cattlemen Rd., Suite 1, Sarasota, FL *******. I contacted the customer care representative AGAIN, and they replied there is nothing they can do about it. So if you are planning on purchasing a New Balance produce, Don't it will fall apart and you will be out all your hard earned money.
I like their design and how comfortable they are. I bought a pair last year and I couldn't be happier. I feel the same as TN reviewer: I think I'm buying the same pair of shoes haha!
I have decided to move on from New Balance. Their shoe comfort and fit have declined markedly sine I first started wearing them 20 years ago.
Helena really knew the products and was able to make some great recommendations for me and my partner.
The photos clearly show the wear after less than 3 weeks of use. Contact with New Balance was a waste of time.
My entire sole broke open along a seam line. Owned for 6 months. Will never buy another pair of NB.
New Balance is my favorite site to shop for shoes with excellent material and comfortable sportswear for my dad.
I pick a snickers and they send me the wrong one they want me to pay for returns. The customer service lied to me. I will NEVER buy their products.
So far all the shoes I bought from them were good quality shoes, will continue buying shoes from them
The 327 maybe a cute its not that cute that it takes beyond 45 to get you money returned only to be told another 5 to 10 business days. They knew that the stock was low took my money never sent me a email when I finally phoned thinking maybe they were stolen they advised that the sneaker was not in stock. The return it took 3 phone call after 45 day only to be told by the fake Supervisor that oh well bottom line. I did find the sneaker at another sight 20 dollars cheaper then New Balance and my order shipped within two business day. I will NEVER ORDED ONLINE WITH NEW BALANCE in fact I WILL NEVER SHOP AT NEW BALANCE AGAIN...TO SAY ITS been two months since I seen my money and no product...

Sportspower Super Store-New Balance Men's Shoes.
I purchased a new pair of leather men's walking shoes online, New Balance Men's 624v4 (2E0) from Sportspower superstore online on 12/04/2021.
I purchased another pair of Asics from Rebel Sports at the same time and these had some minor problems and Rebel Sports just replaced them, no problem, just wonderful customer service.
Now I was using both pairs to walk about 1 hour daily changing the shoes every second day so both brands were getting the same usage. I noticed the leather on the right shoe on the New Balance started to crack after about three months but chose at that time to overlook the matter but as time went on the right shoes started to look nothing like the left shoe, please see attached photos.
When I got around to notifying Sportspower I had owned the shoes for 7 months but was aware they had only been worn for three months or about 100 hours.
I am an easy-going sort of guy but felt certain despair when I contacted Sportspower as they made it clear New Balance was difficult to get a warranty claim accepted.
Well, they said they only accept liability ( if any) up to six months and mine were 7 months. Surely they would understand that the shoes had only been worn for three months but no the cut off period is 6 months. They claimed it was fair wear and tear but if you look at the photos it's easy to see the right shoes have a major problem, the left is holding up well as would be expected.
Now the attitude from Sportspower and the non-acceptance from New Balance for any sort of help leaves me thinking I would never trust these companies and I would recommend you spend your money with a company like Rebel sports.
New balance shoes have served me for a long time and the quality of them is top notch. The shoes are one of the comfiest ones.
Please make the electric jade green FuelCell 996v5 in a Men's 2E width! Only available in narrow women's sizes at the moment but looks incredible
After exactly 1 season, my #newbalance L3000V2 baseball cleats heal came off. Very poor construction.
If you're thinking of buying a pair of New Balance trainers, you'd do well to familiarise yourself with their customer service policies first.
My Sons £160 Birthday present, Fresh Foam Hierro v6 GTX with an 4.7 review rating on their site, had holes on the sides and a collapsed toe box after a little over ONE weeks wear.
New Balance UK flatly refused to offer anything more than 50% refund and stated that they NEVER offer exchanges, even for faulty goods see photo. This after pointing out that my statutory rights entitle me to a repair, replacement or refund if less than 30 days. It appears that they do not adhere to this law.
Instead, within their reviews, they enter you into a raffle to win another pair of their trainers and wish you a lovely day.
There are so many complaints about New Balance quality and/or their customer service on independent review sites too and a more realistic 1.5 rating (I so wish I'd checked first. Please take the time).
You have a lovely day New Balance, with my £80 and my son gets to keep his tatty new trainers.
I don't know about you but this was a big spend for me :( and I'm left feeling bullied by a 'Fiercly Independent' Company.
My review has yet to be published on their site. I'll continue meanwhile to raise awareness wherever possible.
If you must have NB trainers, my advice is to order them through a reputable company and not direct.
I'm reporting NB to trading standards and urge the many others to do the same. It's just an online form.

I purchased the Sea Salt New Balance 327 shoes and loved them. I never went anywhere without someone noticing them and asking me where I got them. They were very hard to find at the time, so I told them where to find them and they had to keep checking daily. I loved these shoes so much that I purchased another pair in a different color. Again, everywhere I went, people noticed them and would ask me the same thing as before. I told them.
I purchased a similar pair for each of my four grandchildren. I purchased six pairs of new balance within 6 months.
My Sea Salt 327's had a couple of spots on them, so I started spot cleaning them. As I was cleaning the shoes, I noticed that the brown leather on the heel was bleeding into the white. I tried to get the brown off of the white to no avail.
I tried live chat on the website, but they stated that I would have to go through a link they had which emailed customer service. When emailing, they asked for specific photos in a certain format, along with the receipt of where I purchased them. I emailed more photos than they asked for and my receipt of purchase in June.
After about 15 days, they emailed me back stating they did not receive all the photos they needed. I had sent them all, so I sent the same photos to them again. After about 15 more days, I received another email stating they needed a couple more of the photos. Again, they had received the same photos twice. I sent them all a third time. After another 15 or so days, I received an email stating I would be receiving a coupon code within the next 6 days. After about another 15 days, I emailed them asking where the coupon code was because I never received it. I received an email back stating it was still in review and it could be another 15 days.
After starting this complaint in June, I finally received a coupon code for $50 off a new pair of shoes at the end of August. So not only do I have a pair of shoes that I will not wear because they are no longer white, but now I have to purchase a new pair and only get $50 off.
This has been the worse customer service ever! My son in law had a problem with his Brooks Shoes, texted customer service with the problem, and within two days had a new pair of shoes!
New Balance may be a nice looking shoe, but I will NEVER purchase another pair because of the horrible customer service received. They should stand behind their shoes and not put customer's through all of this nonsense. It was as if they were trying to just wear me down and think I would just forget about it. I do not want anyone else to have the experience that I have had. There are many other brands that look good too!
I love Korea TV shows. So I bought a pair of Newbalance. It is really comfortable and fashion.
I walk for exercise and the ONLY tennis shoe that offer me the support and comfort I need are new Balance. They are a little pricy, BUT SO WORTH IT!
