I bought the New Age garage floor product. It has been the worst experience I've had with a high-end product. First, the system is not easy to install. After watching the instruction videos and reading the 99 page installation manual (and referring to it often), it is still not locking the way it's supposed to. I've put it down and picked it up four times now. I've been advised by the company to use sealant on the tiles, only to be told I should absolutely NOT do that - ruining 10 boxes of this expensive system. I've now called and or emailed Customer Success five times. I keep getting moved around with absolutely no valid solution. Now I have 700 sq ft of product out of the box and I am not able to return it, AND the company has started to completely ghost me. The tiles are beautiful and I would love nothing more than for them to work out but at this point, I've just thrown my money away. It's worthless to the DIYer.
I would give this company a zero in quality control if I could. I waited three months for my products and 3 of the 10 items were damaged. Be mindful that I paid almost $4000, plus $1600 for installation. The boxes which the items were packed in were not damaged, which clearly means the items were damaged before they were shipped, yet they sent these anyway! They also had the nerve to ask me if I would accept replacement doors for the lockers and change them out myself, at my cost! I am now being told that it will be another 2 plus months to get replacements, and I will have to wait, or do whatever is best for me. How dare them! I want a refund on the items, plus my installation cost, until the replacement items are received. It is ridiculous to expect me to pay almost 6 months in advance and not have a product I can use. I would never recommend this company!

SHARVARI was patient and easy to work with. I had trouble connecting on video. She asked a few questions by phone then sent a new link that worked perfectly. She reviewed my photos and drawing and quickly understood what I wanted. I enjoyed watching her create a virtual workshop in my garage. She made some good suggestions and I agreed on a design. I received an email invoice and paid online. Quick and easy.

After waiting over two months past our initial expected delivery date, we finally got tired of waiting for our order to be delivered and proceeded with cancellation/ full refund. Unfortunately, the refund process was also a game of cat and mouse. After weeks of promises and still no refund, we had to have our credit card company open an investigation and get our refund for us. Terrible overall experience from start to finish.

Originally I posted this review to complain about the customer service and shipping delays. I finally received all the products I order and I have installed them. I can't say enough about the quality of these cabinets. They are heavy duty. The design is excellent. I had almost no damage for the entire order of over $10K worth of Pro series cabinets. One locker had a small dent on the side, but I just placed that side against another cabinet so no big deal. I love the way the modular components bolt together for a clean look. The hardware is all good quality. These products are expensive but I'll never look back. The paint job is excellent and tough. Moving the cabinets around I found that the paint job doesn't scratch or scuff easily. 10/10 New Age. Worth the wait and worth the money.

Does not sell any spare parts. Hinge broke and found out it is from guess where? China. Ali Baba sells hinges for 0.50 cents each but have to buy 10,000 units. Stupid company not to sell parts when they break! Its from china! Dumb company!

After 17 pictures and 2 video requested over a week New age still will not return my money or replace the product which is what i wanted. Road runner was the shipper who damaged the product and Newage will do nothing.Been on about 3 hours worth of phone calls and emails.

We purchased a few of their products so it's not like it was a one time thing. Everytime the products showed up damaged, broken or scratched we would have to wait on hold for 1+ hour to talk to an agent than get transfered to some one else to give us $50 to keep a damaged product or wait mobths for a replacement. They do not use their regular stocks as replacements only their B stocks which take months apparently, and all this stuff is made over seas and in my opinion the quality is subpar and the service is the same. I will take my business else where in the future for so many reasons, after several bad experiences.

UPDATE: - Ram flat out lied to me. My order had no chance of arriving in November and he simply lied in order to get me to order. I now waited one week for cabinets that were never coming. After tracking the order, it says it would arrive at the end of December. Extremely deceptive and I am very unhappy and will certainly never recommend this company to anyone. I have cancellled my order and can only hope I will get my money back without filing fraud charges.
I spoke with Ram who assisted with completing my order. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to take care of discounts and had the products I actually wanted. He also requested expedited shipping to have the items here prior to December and that I had the correct delivery that included placement in my house. I will update my review once my products arrive.

I've been waiting far too long for product to arrive. NewAge is telling me it's been "delivered" but really it's in the hands of their shipping company. So far - zero communication from the shipper and it's far past the original delivery date! Concerned I'll never receive the product and NewAge has my money. Not good!

Ordered four wall cabinets on Aug 9th with an expected delivery date of Aug 21st. Received two cabinets September 6th and an empty box. Called up and they were to ship another two out since the other two cabinets are lost. This was two weeks ago and still no shipment notification or any urgency. Almost two months and I'm still missing two cabinets. You can go on the website and order the same cabinets and expected ship date is basically a week. I just don't understand how you have no clue about what to do. Good cabinets, but when things go wrong your screwed.

Juilee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing my garage space. She had many creative suggestions for maximizing the available space for both sides of my garage. I'm a civil engineer and design for a living and noticed that Juilee designed like a experienced architect - very helpful all around. She was also helpful in finding discounts for the products I selected, which was also much appreciated. I also mentioned my concern about reviews I read online of damaged cabinets from other cabinet companies and she explained how their cabinets will be shipped in a "nested" fashion - one inside the other - already assembled, and they are built with 18 gauge steal (others normally 24 gauge) with double panel doors, so they are very strong. Can't wait for my shipment to arrive!

Initially quoted 6 weeks for 15K worth of garage cabinets. After 3 weeks started to get weekly changes to the delivery schedule. Called to verify the new delivery only to be told "its on the original time schedule" Finally was told the truth by one of their customer service people that told me all customer orders were being delayed because all the product was going to Home Depot and Costco. Ended up cancelling the order and still have not received credit after 5 weeks. Avoid this company!

I purchased an outdoor kitchen from this company after seeing their beautiful marketing. Terrible offshore customer service. The sink had two defects leading to leaking problems. The grill has a persistent gas leak that should have been fixed at the factory and the side burner doesnt work correctly if plumbed to natural gas. Again, the correct name of the department should be customer - disservice. I have given every opportunity to this company to make it right and I keep getting the polite brush off. I wish I had never purchased my $8K outdoor set-up from them. Avoid this company.

Gavin went above and beyond with his excellent customer care. We are in the middle of a major home remodel but the exterior space has not gotten as much attention. We both work full time and just don't have much time left. We were looking at multiple exterior space planning companies and cabinet options. In the planning process Gavin did a great job explaining the options and sending designs for review. We had multiple changes but he was patient and quick to respond. In a time when many companies are taking days or weeks to get back to you, his quick response time helped NewAge close the deal with us, over the other companies! Great job!
