Gavin went above and beyond with his excellent customer care. We are in the middle of a major home remodel but the exterior space has not gotten as much attention. We both work full time and just don't have much time left. We were looking at multiple exterior space planning companies and cabinet options. In the planning process Gavin did a great job explaining the options and sending designs for review. We had multiple changes but he was patient and quick to respond. In a time when many companies are taking days or weeks to get back to you, his quick response time helped NewAge close the deal with us, over the other companies! Great job!

After taking full payment months in advance, the delivery and installation of our outdoor kitchen was a complete failure. A third-party delivery company eventually shows up with a partial order. Then proceeds to literally drop one of the cabinets in the middle of the street damaging one corner and refuses to take the damaged cabinet back. New Age only offer was to give some amount of money off the sale price for the cabinet. The installer shows up around 8:00PM after being scheduled for an early morning installation, finishes partial installation around 1:00AM. Then several weeks later after constant emails requesting status of remaining order the last cabinet and covers arrive. Several screws/bolts, and accessories needed to install were missing. Currently, delivery companies still trying to deliver same cabinet time and time again. Successfully refused delivery until today when they delivered a cabinet while no one was home to refuse.

I was looking for a quality product that would hold up to the vigorous foot traffic at a commercial site, heavy foot traffic with a lot of debris on footwear, it has been almost one year of usage and the product is holding up better than anticipated, easy to install and maintain

Vishakha did an absolutely amazing job not only planning and designing our cabinet space in our garage but also working to help keep us within our budget. She was very personable and understood our needs and what we needed to design. Thank you so much for all of your assistance. We are so excited!

After playing phone tag with another designer at Newage, I switched to a designer named Vishakha. She was extremely helpful, rendering drawings through a shared screen, quickly changing my quote when I needed some alterations, and making sure I had the right accessories from the get-go. Throughout the process, she was professional, patient, and smart. Highly recommended.

I reached out via Chat and was able to get a design consultant scheduled the next day. Samantha was very thorough with the designs and went over everything with me, sent me a couple of different options. The next day I was able to complete the purchase after making a couple of adjustments with Samantha and Rashmi, both were super helpful again! Overall a great and smooth sales experience which i really appreciate! Thank you both! Can't wait to get my new garage cabinets!

We wanted to expand our kitchen on the smaller side, to the right of the sink. We found the New Age 7-piece "Wine Bar" to be the perfect dimension. Ordered it from an online photo without ever seeing it in person. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Fit together like a glove. We are very pleased with the quality of the whole project. We even liked the (supplied) handles SO MUCH that we reached out to the company and Manju Duraisingam, a Sales & Design Consultant, not only helped us order an entire set for the rest of the kitchen, but also got us templates to make the installation perfect. We highly recommend the products and the company.

I ordered a work bench in the beginning of May. It's the end of June and I've never received it. I've called 5 times and each time the person promises me they will follow through and contact me. That never happened. I do not recommend this company! Zero Stars!

I spent considerable time reading reviews of barbecue cabinets before purchasing a set of three for our patio. I decided to go with the NewAge grey glass front cabinets and I love them. They arrived earlier than expected and all were well packed and in good condition on arrival. They are sturdy and fit our new Napoleon grill perfectly. It took longer than I expected to put them together, but the results were worthwhile. Now, we'll see how they stand up to the weather.

The first time I dealt with New Age Products my impression was very positive. Second time not so much. However they totally redeemed themselves with their customer service my providing me with Mano. Wonderful Sales & Design Specialist! So knowledgeable and patient. Right after the consultation I placed my order and can't wait for the shipping to arrive. Whenever I am ready for additional remodeling I am definitely requesting him to guide me through the project.

I purchased a New Age Outdoor Kitchen from Costco and was delighted at the quality of the product. It is solid, high quality, and works exceptional. This was a big spend so I was hesitant. I am glad I spent the money to purchase such a great quality piece. It was easy to put together with good instructions.
Today I called New Age Products to purchase a cover for the kitchen. Piyush the sales man was extremely helpful with my order.

I was very impressed with the New Age Products bar cabinet consultation approach. Having both an in store resource displaying physical cabinets and online consultant was excellent. Both consultants were very knowledgeable about the products. The ability to quickly modify 3D images was also very impressive.

I plan to purchase a cabinet for my basement in the very near future.

Rashmi was very helpful in finding me the product that was needed for my outdoor kitchen. I placed an order 2 months ago but was missing one item. She helped me find the product and was able to give me free shipping eventhough my order this time was below the minimum to receive free shipping. I had a fantastic experience with Design and Sales Consultant Juilee Make. She was extremely helpful and patient in working with me. The 3D Designed renderings she produced look exactly like I described.
