Ordering something this expensive online can be intimidating but my customer service agent, Riyaa, was knowledgeable, patient and responsive. With every question you responded quickly by telephone. I am looking forward to receiving my order of Grove cabinets and will follow up with a picture and further review.

Have been trying to get a hold of anyone for an order update (don't care when it's coming, just want to know approximately when after 4 months). Have tried phone, email, text, chat, insta, etc. for almost 2 weeks and crickets. Avoid these guys as all they care about is their Costco and home Depot business.

New age refuses to be of any assistance with two damaged cabinets from an 11 piece set--Amazon and the Amazon seller mk1469 also refused to do an exchange. All three of these vendors have terrible customer service.

New Age will place items in "sets" and not allow you to return items.

We bought two garage shelves and did not need both. We sought to return one and the company would not allow a return, stating it was their policy not to accept returns.

This is a duplicate product, not a combined set. There's absolutely no reason for this kind of denial.

It is highly likely, if you order from New Age, that you will receive products that you cannot return and become landfill. It is a disappointing and disgraceful practice.

Just purchased a home bar and had it delivered. The delivery men were very nice and careful however, they did not unbox and remove the packing materials as stated in the "White Glove" purchase that I made for $199.

When converted to propane with the kit provided by Newage, the bbq heats up way too much. Newage do not have the technical support to fix the problem. The gas orifices provided by them are too big and I had to hire someone at my expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was getting with the conversion kit was 410 degrees with burners set at minimum. Newage advised me it was normal and to use it with one one or two burner on. Ridiculous from them

Very helpful process

Riddhi was extremely helpful in visualizing what the selected design would look like in my garage. Looking forward to getting my cabinets. A 3 month wait for the ones I want is frustrating but understood based on current market conditions and popularity of the Platinum color and style.

Great customer Service

Ordered cabinets through the agent chat support with Rashmi L and Christina H. Both were very professional and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking to real, empathetic humans! They helped me lock in great deals for new cabinets. While I haven't received the orders yet, I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service.

Product ordering and delivery was good but there is lot of room to improve on the instructions. There were some screws which were missing threading. Overall I am ok satisfied with the experience but it can't be said as excellent.

SCAM ALERT
June 22, 2024

New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!

Great customer service
August 24, 2021

I was trying to order online a garage cabinet set that would fit my shop space, but the ideal set (Pro series 7 piece) was out of stock. I called customer service and was put in touch with Nishkarsh. He was very helpful and found me an 8 piece set for less cost than the 7 piece. Nishkarsh was able to change the order make it fit in my space which involved changing the work top dimensions. Now I will have an extra wall cabinet from to use elsewhere in the shop. Only downside is that several of the items are back ordered, so I won't receive some pieces till April 2022. Will update the review once I receive the product.

2nd Purchase

I just ordered a Bold 48" multi-storage locker for $879.99. I had previously purchased 8 cabinets and a work bench. I asked about the Black Friday Sales price and other sales they average but they would not discount my $879 cabinet and it on back order til March-April. I was hoping for a little better deal. I bought two New Age grills about 1.5 years ago. I noticed recently that the brackets holding the bar to lift up the grill top are corroding. I contacted New Age and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I accepted that, but I told them that I was willing to pay to replace the brackets.
They responded as follows: "We would like to inform you that unfortunately we don't sell the spare parts, we only replace them under warranty".
That's pretty ridiculous, don't you think? Especially because I bought two grills.

Vishakha Rawks!
