Best website support I've ever had!

The two representatives, Candice T and Michika, really took care of me while rebuilding my webstore. They were both very knowledgeable themselves and were able to complete many changes and issues immediately. Those they couldn't, they sent to the offline team. I was impressed with the speed of their work and how closely their online and offline team worked together. They scheduled call-backs with me to pick up where we left off each time, ensuring that every matter we faced was addressed. Nothing was overlooked. I was able to relax through the process and know that the work would be completed competently, especially since these two representatives stayed by my side through the whole process. I didn't have to work with someone new and explain the entire matter over and over again each time, like the process had been in the past ------ this made a HUGE difference in how smoothly the work went. I enjoyed speaking with them because they were so professional and proficient in their work, while making me feel valued, appreciated, and in good hands! I am happy with the new store we built, and I look forward to all future interactions to come.

Russell was amazing, off the charts, saved the day, expert in her field, kind, patient, courteous, understanding, went the extra mile, took me through every hoop, and slam dunked the basketball. I can not say enough good things about Russell. She is a superstar. I can go on, but you already know this about her. She was perfect for me today. She solved my problem. I wished everyone on the internet was like her.

Your technician called Summer was extremely helpful in explaining that this service was already deleted as requested by me and that the reminder continued to be sent for another 30 days automatically. So there was no need to take any action on my part.

I interacted with Carl Jane F yesterday and expressed my concerns about the purchase this week of the domain bentgent.com. I owned this domain fo and lost my wallet in 2021 r at least 20 years, but I lost my wallet in 2021 and had to get a new credit card. I forgot to give Dreamhost my new credit card number, and I lost both TheHollywoodBeat.com and BentGent.com. So it was with great relief that I discovered I could buy BentGent.com back (Ihad re-acquired TheHollywoodBeat.com two years back), So Carl Jane F helped guide me through the entire process. I am so glad to have this matter resolved.

Network Solutions transition help

My web.com account had to be moved over to Network Solutions and I needed their help to make the transition. They were able to walk me through the process and made sure for security purposes that verification codes were sent throughout the process. This extra security measure was surely appreciated and I was able to transition my account over.

A Professional Position

I started using Network Solutions 30 years ago supporting 3 global companies. Network Solutions has provide near perfect uptime, availability and security for our email and web services. Based on my personal knowledge of many global companies Network Solutions has provided the best uninterrupted uptime of any service provider in the industry. Riri was very helpful

Riri was patient and respectful - she fixed my email issues. The agent before "John" put me on an indefinite hold when I asked for a supervisor because he was rude. Candice T is Great!

We talked to pro support multiple times and they could never get anything fixed or taken care of. As soon as I talked to Candice T. She fixed 80% of everything that had issues in the FIRST phone call. Candice T. Also had my emails assigned to my current WordPress package which took a little time but she followed up with a phone call, which was today and she checked into and took care of another issue with unauthorized login.
Also on our first phone call Candice T. Taught me how to make basic changes and use the BRICKS Builder.

Non-tech savvy

I am not a tech savvy person as technology often will outpace my knowledge as it changes so rapidly. However, after contacting support, I was able to setup my website pages. I ran into several problems along the way. Some of my problems were:
1. Not purchasing the domain and website builder together so it created two separate accounts. 2. not understanding how to get started creating my website pages.
3. getting my domain name transferred to my website builder account
4. Publishing my website after the transfer. My domain name was not showing up for me to use.
For each issue I called support and the issues were resolved and my website is finally published. Altogether it took about one month to get everything straight and the longest wait was for the website transfer. The rep I dealt with for the domain transfer was getting short with me but in the end, he did show compassion towards me after I kept explaining that I'm not a tech savvy person. He then walked me through everything I needed to do on my end to initiate the domain transfer. I had to call a second time about publishing my website because with the first call the rep only published one page of my site, and it wasn't even my home page. When I called the second time, my website was published in its entirety with the help of the second Representative, and she helped with my website menu setup so all pages would show up. The reps were respectful even the domain guy, but I could hear in his voice that he was getting annoyed with me. The reason I chose Network Solutions is because I didn't want a one-page website that other companies offered. I believe some things are worth the extra money.

New to All of Us

I must say that I'm incredibly happy with Network Solutions and the others involved, there seems to be a let us help you better attitude, not that it wasn't there before, I just feel it has spread to the point that I don't need to repeat my problem or question eight times to that many people until I am so frustrated, I am ready to hang up. You've been there, you are reading this to avoid that same feeling. Well I enjoy calling Network Solutions now, they listen and they either tell me they can help with that or they say let me take a note about this and I will have the Technical team, or Support team, or even Billing has a team. Now I don't feel like I should know how to fix this or that, but I do feel it's Ookay to call or email to get a question answered that you can understand and not spend the entire day trying to get someone to answer your problem. I look forward to continuing my Business with Network Solutions et el for many years to come, and this it the time to look into them and Save lots of Money!
