Was a customer for many years then they sprung on a data center move with 2 days notice. After many hours and days of downtime in the new DC, and not enough to prep the moved over VPS, they shut off our main/live/primary VPS without warning or notice. Just off. Escalated - and they can don nothing, they say.
Stay away! After many years I can no longer recommend them and I encourage you to look elsewhere.
Oh, their service escalation email is broken too and just bounces!

Everything works good. DailyRazor has fast good servers, my sites are running fast. It's rated at the top of my list for a satisfying experience. Their support is very friendly and they answer quickly. Impressed with their professional web design and would highly recommend them.
In my opinion there is not better host than Dailyrazor ecommerce hosting, with the same price I mean. Great host, pricing is average, but support is the best I have seen, goes out of their way to make sure everything is working just right for you. Also their digital marketing solutions are based on quality.
I used their service for 1 year but only about 3 months I found it could not meet my needs. Slow and frequent sudden stops. I buy a cheap service then upgrade it to a more expensive service. According to the ad, with the money spent, I should have been given a domain name, but no. Since it was an upgrade, I didn't get that promotion. I still feel fine with that. However what really pisses me off is that it automatically renews the service without even consulting me. There is no option to choose that. It doesn't even have the option to delete the visa card. So if you have accidentally used this crappy service, be careful because it can pickpocket your pocket at any time. I lost more than 100$ because of that stupidity. There is no email notification about renewal or the option to cancel the renewal. Simply a successful renewal email and your money is gone. As soon as I saw that I was charged, I asked to cancel the service and refund but they refused. That's a lesson!

In fact, I enjoyed the hands on experience. The CS team is always there to back you up in areas that you need help with and they have always been happy to help. Dailyrazor was a excellent choice! I'm really pleased with them so far, the features such as staging areas, automatic backups etc – basically everything you'd expect from a top dedicated server host but at a fraction of the cost.
The first level staff is not oriented at all, they don't have logic or experience, they ask too many silly out of context questions. Environment is not stable, too many disconnection in services. Very bad, don't go with them
I've hosted my portfolio on Dailyrazor hosting service for about five months and I haven't had any problems yet. Intuitive design for their online control panel which is appreciated. Customer support rocks. I had an issue setting up SSL for one of my clients and called them. Rock on guys. Rock on.
My very first support call was made at about 11 p.m. on a Sunday and as a novice Web Developer who was sure that I'd done something wrong on a non-critical site, I sheepishly stated that there was no hurry with fixing my issue and was amazed when 20 minutes later, I'd received a message from support telling me what I'd done wrong and fixing my issue. I have never regretted moving to DailyRazor server and highly recommend them.
Not sure about complaints about drupal and mediawiki. The installer will automatically install both. Dailyrazor is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy.
Extremely bad zero customer thinking service. They think nothing but themselves. Your business is dependent on your website? They dont care... Your business is dependent on your emails? They don't care. They are running migrations takes 4 days and still on going and they are not able to give any estimations in regards to when migration will finish.
In the meantime, you without no email services running, no website operates, waiting for this ridiculous company to finish their migration.
I dont know how this company survives honestly. They are just a big joke and no-one should use their services...

We have several sites hosted here and have recommended them to other clients. The prices posted on their website are NEVER honored. $425 for three years of CF hosting. Our client goes to register- charge is $610. "Oh, $425 is the old price." This exact same scenario has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME. $325 becomes $410. $375 becomes $500. Even when we verify the price via chat, then register 10 minutes later - "Oh, that's the old price." We've even seen them CHANGE THE PRICE page while we were chatting. Then lower it again a day later. Hosting - 5 stars. Business practices - totally scummy. 0 stars.
I am with Dailyrazor website care plan and website maintenance solution. I am very happy about the services. Space and BW are unbelievable but true. I have 5 sites on 1 account. My sites are using lots of resources because of their multimedia content. The techs are always there to help and solve all the troubles. I am happy!
