Every time I get in contact with Dailyrazor provider I get good results… you guys rocks! I just want to say first that my website issues have been resolved promptly and it's running again. I would like to add that one of their tech dudes did a tremendous job and his customer service skills were super. Even when English is not my primary language but he understood my issues and worked on them quickly and also offered some tips on the do's and dont's since I'm new at creating my own blogging site.

Was a customer for many years then they sprung on a data center move with 2 days notice. After many hours and days of downtime in the new DC, and not enough to prep the moved over VPS, they shut off our main/live/primary VPS without warning or notice. Just off. Escalated - and they can don nothing, they say. Stay away! After many years I can no longer recommend them and I encourage you to look elsewhere. Oh, their service escalation email is broken too and just bounces!

Would like to say Dailyrazor support works good. Fast and clear replies come after minutes after sending ticket. And when I need a ASAP help, I can contact via live chat which also works well. The hosting service exceeded my expectations in terms of reliability and performance. My website experienced minimal downtime, ensuring a seamless experience for my users.

In fact, I enjoyed the hands on experience. The CS team is always there to back you up in areas that you need help with and they have always been happy to help. Dailyrazor was a excellent choice! I'm really pleased with them so far, the features such as staging areas, automatic backups etc – basically everything you'd expect from a top dedicated server host but at a fraction of the cost.

I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools they provide which I did not expect at all. Well done. I'm extremely happy with Dailyrazor hosting services and doubt I will go anywhere else for my hosting needs.

I am with Dailyrazor website care plan and website maintenance solution. I am very happy about the services. Space and BW are unbelievable but true. I have 5 sites on 1 account. My sites are using lots of resources because of their multimedia content. The techs are always there to help and solve all the troubles. I am happy!

My very first support call was made at about 11 p.m. on a Sunday and as a novice Web Developer who was sure that I'd done something wrong on a non-critical site, I sheepishly stated that there was no hurry with fixing my issue and was amazed when 20 minutes later, I'd received a message from support telling me what I'd done wrong and fixing my issue. I have never regretted moving to DailyRazor server and highly recommend them.

A few months ago, I decided to opt for Dailyrazor hosting provider which was awesome. I faced no issues at all and have been happy since then. There are many hosting plans o choose from with the pricing starting at $3.15 per month. Great pricing and fantastic uptime. Their tech support has always been extremely responsive and helpful. I was really fascinated by the mailing system of the web host that not only worked well, but also received immense support from the technical staff. Thanks.

All I can say is that Dailyrazor is an excellent web host service that offers the personal touch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hosting at a great price, with all add-ons included in that price. I like their control panel, cPanel is absolutely a must have for people who don't want headaches when upgrading their blog software! Recommended!

I like this host. Their support is responding rapidly and competently, people are very polite. There are no downtime and I and my clients are really happy dealing with Dailyrazor web hosting. Great Hosting Provider to work with. Highly recommend this decent host!

Not sure about complaints about drupal and mediawiki. The installer will automatically install both. Dailyrazor is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy.

Great host! Been a DailyRazor customer since Oct 2018. There was a short time that lasted for a few hours as the hard drive was being replaced due to failure. Over all I am very pleased with the support I have received. Any questions I have ever asked are answered very quickly and professionally. This is great web host and I'm definitely going to spread the word about them.

The first level staff is not oriented at all, they don't have logic or experience, they ask too many silly out of context questions. Environment is not stable, too many disconnection in services. Very bad, don't go with them

Moving to a new web host is always stressful. Will they have decent uptime? Will they support all the components you need? Well I decided to join Daily Razor in May of 2016. I wasn't sure what to make of the company name - their prices were great and the plans sounded ideal.

Well it's been four years now and here's what I've learned:

- Their support is available almost around the clock. If they can't help you in real-time they'll submit a ticket on your behalf.
- No tasks is too trivial for them (I've had them fix my web. Config, custom 404 errors, install ASPJpeg all without complaint)
- The up-time is decent. There are times of course where my site inexplicably goes offline as the application pool is shared with other customers. It then comes back online.
- Overall speed is about 9/10. They suggested moving to a higher priced plan to have my own application pool but I don't wish to pay more for what I should have as part of my package.
- The Plesk allows me to do everything I need. I can create backups of my SQL database, edit users and permissions, DNS changes. The only issue is that I can't restore a SQL backup as it creates an error. I create a ticket and DailyRazor restores the database for me.

No real concerns and I'd recommend them for ASP.NET hosting! I have the Windows Pro shared plan.

I will also add that they advertise unlimited disk space and bandwidth. I'm using 16 gigs of data and have been told that I need to unload some of these files. This is standard in the industry where there's no true unlimited. I'd like to keep my 16 gigs of files as they are utilized monthly :)

For a professional photographer, a slick website is of immeasurable importance. For someone, who runs a small business, it must be a website that does not take too much time to manage. When I had yet another problem with my then hosting provider, I decided to look elsewhere. I had come across Dailyrazor before (not as a client) and thought that I would at least talk to them. I was impressed from the outset. When you move an established website, you have a lot of technical questions - how does this work? Can you do such and such? What if? Even the sales staff, my first point of contact, had a really well founded knowledge of the technical details - that's a rarity. I know now, after the move, that everything I had been told was perfectly accurate. The move itself was painless.

I highly recommend DailyRazor for those looking for a reliable host with great support. The support I have gotten has been second to no one! I use vbulletin for my software. When I was installing some hacks, I created some problems because I made an error in my coding. I've had no problems with up time. I've had only the smallest of minor glitches with the site and support has been extremely fast and responsive - generally get the problem fixed very quickly.

At very rare times their mail servers have issues, but 99.9% of the time everything's great with them. Dailyrazor has been great. Been using them for 3 months now as shared linux hosting, insanely fast speeds, never an issue with connectivity and email has been flawless. Support has been great and all issues resolved within hours. Great host!

I can vouch that they are always watching as they contacted me during my signup process (I had to reactivate my PayPal account and it took me about 10 minutes) to let me know they were aware of the delay and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to assist me. Dailyrazor web host is simply the best when it comes to web hosting, the pricing is fantastic and the customer support is top notch.

We have several sites hosted here and have recommended them to other clients. The prices posted on their website are NEVER honored. $425 for three years of CF hosting. Our client goes to register- charge is $610. "Oh, $425 is the old price." This exact same scenario has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME. $325 becomes $410. $375 becomes $500. Even when we verify the price via chat, then register 10 minutes later - "Oh, that's the old price." We've even seen them CHANGE THE PRICE page while we were chatting. Then lower it again a day later. Hosting - 5 stars. Business practices - totally scummy. 0 stars.

I've got nothing but good things to say about DailyRazor web hosting and domain registration services. I've used several hosts since I began building sites about 3 years ago and I just keep migrating older sites over to them when I get the chance. Speed connectivity is great... The pages are uploaded fast. Their servers are located in Usa - this is what I need. Recommended web host!

Although it's a little pricey, the monthly fee you have to shell out is worth it. I don't know about you, but Dailyrazor.com VPS Host has been my partner in keeping my websites in a very good status for six months now. One of my sites became very successful and I got locked out a couple of times a victim of my own success! (5000) visits in the last month) Once I understood the problem I upgraded my account and was excited to see how I could attach multiple sites.
It makes me feel as if Ive my very own technical support assistant.

Extremely bad zero customer thinking service. They think nothing but themselves. Your business is dependent on your website? They dont care... Your business is dependent on your emails? They don't care. They are running migrations takes 4 days and still on going and they are not able to give any estimations in regards to when migration will finish.

In the meantime, you without no email services running, no website operates, waiting for this ridiculous company to finish their migration.

I dont know how this company survives honestly. They are just a big joke and no-one should use their services...

Soon we will be migrating faaaar away from them.

Not bad. I'm satisfied with the level of service I've received so far. Customer service is quick via live chat but sometimes slow via phone. So if you're not the type that really need to speak with someone on the phone but comfortable chatting live online with a representative, then you should have no issues.

Happy using dailyrazor wordpress hosting services.
Their service is incredible. I haven't had many VPS accounts but I just can't see how any hosting provider can be any better. I get responses and solutions quicker than I expect. Their servers are really fast.
Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. This hosting showing very reliable so far. Easy to manage and easy to install websites.

I used their service for 1 year but only about 3 months I found it could not meet my needs. Slow and frequent sudden stops. I buy a cheap service then upgrade it to a more expensive service. According to the ad, with the money spent, I should have been given a domain name, but no. Since it was an upgrade, I didn't get that promotion. I still feel fine with that. However what really pisses me off is that it automatically renews the service without even consulting me. There is no option to choose that. It doesn't even have the option to delete the visa card. So if you have accidentally used this crappy service, be careful because it can pickpocket your pocket at any time. I lost more than 100$ because of that stupidity. There is no email notification about renewal or the option to cancel the renewal. Simply a successful renewal email and your money is gone. As soon as I saw that I was charged, I asked to cancel the service and refund but they refused. That's a lesson!
