My very first support call was made at about 11 p.m. on a Sunday and as a novice Web Developer who was sure that I'd done something wrong on a non-critical site, I sheepishly stated that there was no hurry with fixing my issue and was amazed when 20 minutes later, I'd received a message from support telling me what I'd done wrong and fixing my issue.
