The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

Timely phone support was the key for me to understand the process.
The initial experience with Web.com was decent. I recently needed to make some small changes to my web site. The platform for making the changes, " Website building" was not working when I went to make the changes. The front-end support staff at Web.com could not make the changes either. The standard response was it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I am 8 days into this issue and call every day (Web.com does not call or reach out to me). Every time I call support staff can not help and say "engineering" is working on it, but do not have any info on when it may be resolved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend to anyone running a business and needing an internet presence.
The website is good, but it's not getting many responses..
I pretty much summarized my issues in the title. I would actually like to delete my account.
Try to get site up and running for business purposes and don't know how to create the site correctly
I can't update my site. The site overall is just not user-friendly and I think I paid too much to have these issues.
Navigation of the dashboard are not as intuitive as other web hosting sites. You have to go three to four clicks deep just to edit your website or get to your products.
I believe I was unfairly not given a refund for services that were never used and with clear intention I requested a refund on time and within their "3 day policy". Very unfair to not receive a refund because of Web.com's mistake of not refunding the full amount originally. I didn't realize the
Easy to use, and flexible, I'll try and recommend it to anyone who has a good need for a good website, please keep up the good work.
Please tell me how to stop the subscription and for you to stop purchase from my credit card, please
Good templates - Need more information on how to add services etc.
I have been trying to get a refund for over two months. They charged my credit card for a domain that has been transferred out. The credit card on file is expired. I am not sure how they managed to charge. Loads of international calls, and chats online, and still not resolved. The invoice amount as 113.97 USD but they charged 175.00, I am trying to get my 175.00 USD returned, but so far this is costing me over 500.00 USD to recover 175.00 USD, crazy.
Had an issue with being charged with something that I didn't approve. After a brief conversation with customer service they resolved the issue and reimbursed my payments without hesitation.
Pretty easy. Web.com did the hard part. They got it done in a timely fashion too.
A few issues that have delayed progress starting my business
Everything is messed up. My website doesn't show up and my email isn't working. I'm about to request a complete refund or a complete overhaul. Their choice
Partially satisfied with domain transfer expectation
Called for third time Friday and was on phone for over 30 minutes sith Sokia. Two weeks ago I was told by her that a refund had been issued. Also, after they built my site, it took them over 2 weeks to figure why they were unable to get it to go live. Been a horrible experience and I'm getting ready to call for a fourth time today.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
