Well ive been charged 39 this month for some reason
The minimum I've researched was $350 to get a site up and running. That was via someone I knew personally. Web.com gave me an option to build a website at an affordable cost. As a start-up, every dollar counts.
Now, with that said, building the site isn't as intuitive as it may seem. Especially when it comes to resizing original pics/ logos. Also, the server kept dropping of line during the initial setup. However for the cost I'm still pleased with the value proposition.

It's a passable host but I don't like the repeated hard sell for other products and I don't like the way the server comes and goes. I've had a few other issues (not able to uoload pics etc), but it *is* a fairly decent host overall.
I had a previous website that you deleted without adequate warning that worked well both when viewed on a computed screen or on a cell phone. After paying you thousands of dollars to re-create the content of my previous website, I find it unreadable when I try to see it on my cell phone. This just seems outrageously incompetent.

I called Network Solutions, which was my host for over 15 to 20 years. I called them to build a landing page should've taken 7 to 10 days 14 days at the onset. It's been months and months and months that there was an issue. I couldn't transfer my Google account to every every step of the way. It was either a Network Solutions, Whole Web.com, and everybody works independently. No one knows what the other persons doing. There's no account executive there's no paper trail to see everything that was done. Your company is horrible. How do I not started with you I would never never recommend everything that I've done it's just disgusting. It's very nerve-racking. I'm an old man I shouldn't be having to go through this.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
