Trevor has been great to work with. He answers all my questions no matter how big or small and is patient with my lack of knowledge.
The instructions are hard to understand. Every time I make a move, I need the help of support, which gives me more instructions that does not work. Teh copy and paste does not work, it always froze. When I need more informtion, i was just directed to another page. And even now it's hard to log in, not takiong my password, not taking my pin. And I have to goi to Chat to be able to log in.
As I am not the best at technology, web.com has been easy to learn.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
