The ability to navigate and customize the website is somewhat challenging. There are sizing and fonts that I would prefer to have ability to get/do that I cannot. Also, the font colors are limited. Otherwise, I like the templates and ease of publishing.

I paid for EVERYTHING for a year. Now I'm being billed 2.50 per month for SSL. Customer service was Rude and didn't resolve my issue. The web builder is also glitchy and difficult.
First time creating an account and spending money with Domain (I opted for the Website Builder add on) and as soon as I get in for my first time, the Website Builder is down.
I wanted to check out domain names, for a business I wanted to start. So, I started that process on Domain.com
I entered a few ideas to see if the domain was still available. Many of the first I entered were available, and the site automatically added them to my invoice.
I wasn't really pleased with any I originally entered.
They were all@ $28.00 for the first year and with each there came one free.
The next domains that I checked had exorbitant prices.Thousands of dollars for each. So, I skipped over all of those.
The next name I came up with, I liked better than all the rest, and much to my surprise, when I looked at my cart, The price was@$28. With another free.
I was doing many other things at that time. So, I didn't go back to look at my cart for awhile.
When, I went back, I could not access. My Cart.
I went into their live chat, and told them I could not access my cart anymore.
No help was given. Nothing they said, allowed me access to my cart.
So, I looked at reviews of domain companies on the internet.
I went to the site that was the highest rated. I entered my domain name choice. It said, "Not available." So, someone had purchased my name.
Obviously, it was Domain.com who had purchased my name.
I went back to Domain.com. At that point I was able to see my cart. There was one item left in my cart, with one other for free. The rest of my cart had vanished.
The price of my Domain name, was now thousands of dollars.
Simple to use for inexperience customers.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
