Can.t find help to transfer the token google workspace
My hosting and web building account with you is currently suspended for non payment when in fact I paid my monthly bill 4 days ago when I was lied to by one of your employees. As I had been trying for over a week to add 4 subdomains to my domain and being helped everyday by one of yours and being told Something different Every day. Finally this woman 4 days ago tells me that I have the wrong kind of hosting package to add subdomains to and that is why no one can get them to work. She further explains that the hosting I need will cost $16.00 a month and the old hosting would be cancelled. She charged me that day $9.65 to start up the new hosting insuring me that my email and the web site I was creating would simply transfer to the new package. Well 4 days later and the web site is not working, the subdomains are not working and someone thinks I didnt pay my bill and shut me down...Somebody that knows what they are doing owes me an appology and an explanation.
There wasn't a lot of guidance on how to set/connect certain things. Plus, in order to even set up a site, it cost extra. I think having a video that gives the rundown of the process before purchasing would be convenient.
Havent been able to see any progress or access our sites as of yet.
It is difficult to navigate all of the different options. I would think the process would be more helpful, Instead, In my opinion you get trapped.

Paid for hosting but no credit available, also user name changed changed and password didn't work but when reset new it said password was already used.
I am constantly waiting for extended periods of time to speak to a customer service representative. If I move away from the chat for 60 seconds, then I get cut off. The reason I joined web.com was because they rated so highly on customer service but I am consistently getting terrible service. I don't know if this is because I am in a different time zone in Australia but I'm finding The experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing and would love a refund on my two months subscription so far

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
