I appreciate Jarvis for the simple fact that he was not push and overly aggressive. He explained the product very well, gave his experience and left it up to me to decide.

Erin was great. She took her time during the interview and was very helpful in guiding me when I was lost.

I was a little concerned about how an online marketing solution would work initially. I was quickly put to rest. Web.com is so thorough and so knowledgeable about customer needs online and matching their process to meet those needs. Jan was just delightful to work with. I am over the moon excited to see the results!

I called to extend 4 domain names for 20 years. That was accomplished. I also did some Web forwarding of two domains.
During that discussion Stanley LeBlanc introduced me to an opportunity to do a 3 month trial for Web.com to provide webpage consultation and SEO services through their "Ignite On Line" marketing. I agreed and was then routed to the Web.com team. They conducted their initial interview. So far OK.
BUT THEY THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL to establish them as an editor to My Google Business page. When I tried following the instructions they were not accurate. They referred to a "Management Tab" that did not exist. I called the Web.com assistance number *******301 for help. The Technician/receptionist said that the email was wrong and his supervisors knew about it. I then asked why it was sent when it was known to be wrong. He then routed me to Google for assistance.
At that point it became obvious that I should not rely upon Web.com to provide professional services if they knowingly sent me an obsolete email.

It may take several phone calls and emails but understandable as only I totally understand my wants and needs and not always capable of communicating complete with a single attempt. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Pat Pederson with respect to my purchasing a website development package. He was patient, listened intently to my needs, and helped me find the best solution for my company. I was very impressed and so grateful! He then passed me on to Joe O'Neil.
