The agent that I worked with was Felicia M. She was extremely polite, helpful, understanding, congenial and informative. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease explaining what I wanted' She could not have made our interview any better. In fact I asked her if I would have an opportunity to share a review before she even mentioned a review. I hope that all of your agents are similar to her.
So far the process is in depth and looks like this will be a great value.

If you only knew how stressful and time consuming this process was for me. Trying to do this whole web page thing with design, what words would attract who and so on. I just didn't have enough time in my day with running my business. From seeing the commercial on TV and calling. Speaking with the Representative who was a delight. I still was not ready to commit but no pressure from her. She simply said I'll give you a few days and I'll call you back. This happened twice and still she was very professional. I finally swallowed the pill and agreed. After she completed her end she handed me of to DeAnne who spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me. I even dropped her once and she called right back. They both were very helpful and kind. If this is a true representation of the company I truly believe I'm in good hands! Thank you both for your patients and your talents.

I had the best experience working with Megan H in Sales, as she explained getting started to use the web service. The slide presentation clearly defined what would be available to us and the features and options. It was an easy decision to proceed with the purchase and then had a wonderful experience speaking to Jordan H in Web Consulting to further define what we wanted for our site. We are so looking forward to the next steps of getting the website up and running for our business. This is clearly a first class organization.
Since I started my online business through Web.com I have had excellent customer service. The people I have spoken with are knowledgeable, polite and professional. As a new website owner it's been a big learning experience to start from an idea and see it through as far as I have. The staff I have spoken with have never tried to make me feel like my lack of technical knowledge was a problem. They made me feel like web changes, Facebook etc. is their job and they do it well. Hopefully www.Butterfly-AngelWings.com will become a success.

Despite being a web program this morons don't respond to EMAIL. They will however charge you till you are blue in the face and refuse to refund your money despite 15 emails telling them to cancel the service. You will at some point have the pleasure of speaking to one of their rude and snippy customer service representatives.
My specialists (Jordan & Kyle) were awesome, thorough, and in tune with what by business needs were to build our website. This is my second site through Web.com. Ric

I thought Chad W did a great job, he was helpful, positive and complimentry. I have one complaint. I feel very rushed when I was originally told I could take the time I needed, even up to a month. The first person I spoke to on Web.com told me this; now, again I feel rushed, but I will get everything done, it will most likely just take me longer than others?

I have been with Network Solutions for many, many years. However my experience with Web.com in the past 3 years (trying to buy a new website, etc. etc.) has been less than satisfactory... I might say horrible. However, Krysten's help yesterday has restored my faith
In Web.com and I am hopeful that the website designer is as good as she is and communicates as well.

Both Adam and Erin were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I knew very little about the task that I needed to complete, but they walked me through the process step by step without making me feel embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. They made me feel very comfortable, efficient and effective with their help! It was a very pleasant experience for me which I appreciated greatly!
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
