I really appreciate the customer service, friendliness, knowledge, interest, effort and energy that went into the introductory phase of developing my business website. It is something I've wanted for a long time, but didn't know how to go about doing it, getting started, hiring the right entity, and assumed it would be something I couldn't afford as a small business. Was in a hurry - will take more time with this one. Probably around '12 - '13, I had originated the site
May have use 'free web' and then 'network solutions'. Decided to shoot the works and go 'pro' in '12 - '13 at $114+ /mo. Must have gotten 'some instructions' - but managed to get three pic's on that I'd sent to them but ended up losing all the 'verbage' i'd had from before which included 'recommended reading' of the dozen or so books I'd read during those years. I don't recall adding anything but the pic's. When I changed back to 'self responsible', I had ask them to change the site by 'removing' the dash to seperate who was responsible. It had the effect of losing them both for a few months and only then after I'd seen 'under repair' to say it in fourteen languages (if I had attempted to translate?) Don't recall a 'refund' - those guys were tough. Day after payment was made - next one was first to be stopped. The offered me little - gave less - and then took 29 days$ - for nothing. This 'new crew' must really, really be NEW! 1+XX HR with Mary (PA) and when I was fully comfortable and 'process was done' - was passed to Robin (WA) for thorough briefing on the 'process'. Made notes and when 'fully comfortable' passed to Jeremy (WA) for 'you OK so far'. Checked in the next day (Sat) and got clue that 'system hadn't been fed info' - I needed to practice patience (hardly any does, it seems) and got some 'practice' as a sign-up bonus. Next day (Sun) must have seen 8-10 item to review for new site. ABSOLUTELY A 'PIECE OF CAKE' (ole AF term for 'easy') Today has been a continuation of doing what they said it would do - aren't even on line yet and have gotten the first months WORTH of cost. Thanks, guys, ie, Mary D, Robin L, and Jeremy R only way I could be happier is with some home made ice cream - excuse, I headed to the frig.

Julie was smart, intuitive and very sensitive to my needs. My company is basically a new startup. I managed to find great resources but I absolutely had no clue about trafficking customers to my Website let alone Marketing. Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
