Yesterday I started to develop my Nursery School's new website. It was a bit harder than I thought it would be so I decided to switch over from me doing the website to someone at web.com to do it for me. Best decision! Clyde C. This is the second time we have used Web.com. The first time we did the site ourselves and this time Web.com is going to do the site for us. The Web setup call is very thorough and the facilitator's customer service skills along with her knowledge of the industry is second to none. She helped us through the process, giving us the peace of mind, knowing we are going to get a top quality business Website that people will know and love as our industry brand.
I really enjoyed the customer service I received they addressed all my questions and helped me to understand the service I was receiving. Web consultant was very supportive and patient and made me feel they were on my team and to help my business to be a successful one.
Terrible customer service. They will take your money and half-$#*! deliver on their word. Then, when you call in to complain NOBODY CARES. I've literally had to ask them to transfer me to someone that cares. Their customer service sucks, the SEO department is incompetent, tech support may as well be non existent. But the accounting/billing, those people are good. They never seem to fail when it came to taking the $100 a month out of my bank account. I encourage anyone that cares about their business' web presence to find a different host.
The Web.com agents that helped me with my order were both informative and personable. They really listened to my company needs and offered great options and solutions to help me with the building process.

This company is awful. I cancelled this service over a year ago and just noticed they are still billing my account $42.95 and never canceled the account. I have never used this service, not even once. I overlooked this charge and must have thought it was for something else which is my fault. I asked them for a copy of the agreement I signed and they cannot provide one. They also cannot provide a history of the usage on this account because I have never used it. They won't let you speak with anyone in the finance department either. TOTAL SCAM. They took over $800 from me for absolute nothing. I thought I secured a domain name for a small monthly fee and never saw anything for $42.95?

These guys are so good that they seem clairvoyant. I just started with Web.com. I expect to report huge profits this time next year. That's how good they are.
Been paying almost $200 a month. Barely any hits on the site. They claim they work with Google & all those other big search engines, but we not showing up on hardly any & the ones we do show on, we are not anywhere near the top like they claim they could do. Won't help us get the right wording to get on top of the search engines since they claim what we got doesn't work. Also tricked me to signing up for a service I've been been for every month that turns out has never worked & they now say, since I agreed to the service, I can't get any money back, even though it has never worked. They take their charge at different times every month. They only make changes that is requested as long as u stay on hold on the phone. Any other request won't get done. I can no longer log into my own account. I never changed any log in info. But when I call to get back into my account, they won't help. Now, I'm stuck paying $200 for nothing. A service that doesn't work & a website that gets no traffic. It's a waste, not only of money but time on the phone, with a different person every single time to fix another issue that never gets fixed.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
