I started this site, never published it, because the site was terrible to use. I firgot about the site and 4 months later I was being billed 41.90 for a site *******@gmail.com never used. Called to get my money back they refused and said even though I did not publish, I still had a contract. I asked about the recent billed of 41.90 and they said they still could not give that back to me because their was a five day window after the bill and the computer could not refund me. Off to BBB to take care of this. Do not use this site a SCAM
If I new setting up a website could be so painless and stress-free I would have done it a long time ago. My agent, Braelan Lee, was amazing. He was so informative and had the patience of a saint. I think he even lowered my blood pressure! I would recommend this company without any hesitation. I have never been so amazed by a company and their agents as with Web.com. From the beginning of obtaining a domain name to setting up a website, the whole process is very satisfying.

Web.com are idiots! They practically ruined my business. I had a storefront for many years, and as soon as I signed up with them to do my marketing I had to move my company into my garage after 5 months. Their ignite marketing was a failure. They constantly had wrong phone numbers and addresses listed and never changed them when I would hound them about it everyday. They build a website for me and after i paid for it and my contract was up they sent me a hard copy of it that had missing content. Long, long, long story short, my site had no photos for 2.5 weeks and I lost massive business because I switched hosting company's and found out then that things were missing. Then I had to fight like an animal to get them to send me a copy that was supposedly complete. I'm sure it's not and will find out one day when I need to use it to make any changes. Please stay away from them. They have no idea what they are doing!

I had had several issues with my services being put on 2 different accounts, which I wanted to consolidate. It was a challenge for several employees and I had been transferred several times. Julie tackled the problem, found a resolution and stayed on the phone with me until it was all resolved. I would love it if I could just ask for her every time

Erin was very pleasant and nice. She worked patiently with me to go through the information. Her customer service was great. She is a personable representative. She reassured me throughout the process and gave me tips on how to help assure the success of my web page.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
