Horrible company! They did not perform as promised don't waste your money. Your better off running ad words yourself and managing any social media campaigns by yourself.

I haven't yet received the product(s) I've purchased from this company, as we've just gotten stated. However, the customer service up to this point was awesome! Rachael P. Was super sweet and knowledgeable. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Rachael seemed very in tune with my vision, and was extremely helpful on the creative end.

I called to get a refund and they denie it. I ask why? And they said. For services as collect money in your Site, I said my Site if off since March 2018. How my clients will use that service if my website is off online. As you can see they charge me for services I did not received From March 2018 to December 2018...

I gave this company a try for online marketing (ads) for my law firm. It took them a while to get my information correct. Even when they did, I did not get any useful contacts from clients. There were maybe 5 or so phone calls and all but one were from robo-calls. And the only one that was not a robo-call was a hang up and we could never verify if it was a genuine call or not. I had to pay over $1500 for this. I will never use them again.

Marty was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have answers to the questions I asked, he reached out to other team members to acquire said information. Professionalism at its best. I have only 1 suggestion for Marty and that would be to slow down a little when he is talking as it may be difficult for some to understand him at times.

It is an online web design company that is a Google partner and the person I spoke with was Steven Haring and he did a wonderful job talking me through what I needed to do with my website without being all about the money. Very informative and will help me get more leads in my industry of work.

Karen walked me through the process of updating my outdated website, helping me with wording, pictures and overall desired look of the site.
The process is very detailed and we spent more than an hour looking at each page, making changes and corrections.
The overall experience was great and I was happy to receive the helpful input.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
